The verification process to vetting the contact list help us to eliminate fake email and inactive email/ Pros Thing that i really like is I can work and monitor all the email campaign progress and real-time result from anywhere, because Campayn is a cloud-based platform that i can access and login to the platform from anywhere. The email auto-response is easy to configure and has help us managing email from customer easily and organize it better. Cons I have issue when trying to customizing the email template provided, as the layout keep misaligned when viewing it in mobile email setting. I need to test and reconfigured the email for multiple time to get the best result before deploying and sending the email to customers. A new feature that can sending email to more than 20,000 contact can be more helpful. All the email that we has been sent are not flagged and has landing to our contact list primary inbox. Pros Campayn has a very wide range of email template that i can use and customized it for our email marketing campaign. Sending bulk email to our customer contact list is easy as they can hold quite large storage space for storing contact list. I can schedule the email up to 4 weeks and it really helping in planning our marketing email campaign or newsletter. Cons Campayn is quite solid and it offer a very responsive tools for managing email marketing. The only things that i least like with Campaign is the pricing plan, if they can introduce cheaper plan for business account would be great. Campayn does review every email that goes out especially for new users. This is one of the ways we keep our deliverability really high. Typically holds last a few minutes but sometimes they do last hours depending on the time you try to send. That said it seems that you are actively using Campayn for your business. The email template is very flexible and responsive, which can work both on desktop and mobile device viewing without any problem. Cons Importing my contact list to Campayn contact list library using CSV Spreadsheet is sometimes quite buggy, some of the cell are not properly imported and gives a null value. On the feature side, everything is working smoothly that i had nothing to complaint with it. The template is easy to edit and customized to fit my email objective. I enjoy the report that generated from each batch of email sent, and analyzed the open rate of the email. Pros Deploying a email marketing and follow-up email using Campayn is super easy and they guaranteed 95% email deliver-ability to the targeted contact list. The email indeed received to customer primary inbox not in the spam folder. Campayn is cost less than other email marketing software. Cons I need a basic in email marketing system before operating this software, because they are quite confusing and not much video guides provided by the developer. Other than that, the customer support is not as active as i hope, ticket are not answered and left for weeks. Pros When I started using mail marketing, which was also recently, I started with Campanyn, I tried it and I found all this interesting to be able to do it easily and intuitively, it is a secure platform, you can send text or images, blocking spam is wonderful, offers some wonderful designs and templates that are not difficult at all and saves the task of spending hours designing, it is very good to discover the effectiveness of email marketing with a tool as good as this. I use it for my online signup form to allow people to sign up for newsletters I send out. Good editing options available for the signup form design are a plus. Cons The process of viewing and editing the design or sending details of an email are quite clunky. Having used Mailchimp for work, the Campayn workflow to modify an email seems very poor. Why can't you show an edit button on the email details from the list view? Do I really need to choose a dropdown menu, click Edit, then expand several menus to find what I'm looking for and click edit again before I can actually modify the document? Some were powerful but very difficult to use, while others didn't have everything I needed. Campayn seemed to do everything I needed, and at a nice price point too! Not being savvy individual I really appreciated the multiple options for sign up forms, and I especially liked their gorgeous full screen form templates! I had a few problems importing my list due to file format issues, but their support was very friendly and had imported my list to my account for me, so that quickly became a non-issue. They were also quick to respond when I didn't understand how something worked, which really helped me get on with my emailing. Their free tier is great for getting started, but it lacks detailed reporting. Luckily their paid plans aren't that expensive and it's worth it, even if just for the detailed reports. I've had no trouble choosing a template, customizing it and creating good content. It took me a while to confirm another email (gmail was not valid) and even after that it required to confirm the first email (the one I wouldn't use anyway). In the end it worked and was helpful. Pros Great and extensive choice of templates. Easy drag and drop interface. Free plan offers 500 contacts and 12500 email per moth - enough for a good start. You can choose different plan options like content storage, number of contacts and number of emails. Pricing doesn't seem very steep. Cons Some dialog windows open slowly, might be my connection. Had to refer to knowledge base because I was stuck.
