They complete any troubleshooting very quickly. The system has continuously been improved in the five years that we have had it. We are able to work out specifics on making modifications, enhancements, or customizations with the eClaims team. Pros We have new hires fully trained on the system within 2 business days. The system has all of the functionality that we need and if any customization is needed, the eClaims team is great to work with in getting our enhancements completed. We are about 98% towards getting every item customized that we need, including automated letters and integration with ISO. We have had this system for 5 years now. It continues to be improved every year. Cons The search function should be more robust. Needs to be more of a smart search function. Also there are some limitations with regards to items that are feature specific vs. claim specific. Pros I like how quick we can intergrate with a client using CMS. Cons There is not much that I dont like about the product, but if I had to pick one thing I would say they need to spend more time enhacing the functionability of the adjuster dashboard/database. Later the next and current version provided such advanced functionality that we could move fairly seamlessly to the newer and improved solution. I haven't seen any other service that has as much flexibility and can integrate with other systems as ClickClaims. Keep up the good work.
