"CRM Analytics Review"

**Pros:** Easy to track merchant account, transactions details, complaints, queries and requests. I most like feed feature to track the latest conversation and complaints progress.

**Cons:** There is nothing to dislike in CRM Analytics but sometimes i feel the data fillup section which takes most of the productive time in payment cases.
