After using it for years, I can confidently say it’s the best system out there for aesthetic clinics.

Pros

What I like most about Pabau is how seamlessly it integrates every aspect of my clinic into one system, client records, scheduling, consent forms, marketing, and reporting. It’s intuitive, reliable, and continually improving. The support team are genuinely knowledgeable and proactive, always happy to help with advice or training. It’s made managing a busy aesthetic clinic so much more efficient and professional.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first because it’s such a comprehensive system, but once you get used to it, it’s incredibly efficient. Occasionally updates take a little getting used to, but the support team are always quick to guide you through any changes.

Pabau has the potential to be an excellent tool, but better onboarding and clearer communication would go a long way.

Overall Pabau is great for what you need. when it is flowing through it works wonders, some of the features are amazing for the business, especially the braodcasts, online bookings and so much more.

Pros

integrated systems - Leads, Online bookings, Pabau Go mobile app for ipads.Flow throughs for patient pathways. Automated systems. Customer tickets to report issues and how quickly they get resolves, The more I use the system on a daily basis the more i get from the Pabau system, just sending a marketing email on broadcast is very easy. Implementing is easy with xero and other apps, follow this up with ticketed customer support that get actioned quickly 24/7 it is amazing. I have also used the community topics folder to recommend what is best to help the system and they have taken some great recommendations.

Cons

The extras marketing plus, Care plus. using credits for the AI feature and how the system is moving forward with any more plus features to make that extra couples of £££. alomg with the price of the system does add up.

As a start up clinic, Pabau on-boarding has been a pleasant experience. The team is knowledgeable and dives right in to your back office processes with great suggestions when you need a digitized or simple solution. The software is agile and can achieve just about any scenario you can think of. I will rate the experience a 10 of 10

Pros

Pabau Success team is impressive and the business model is really built to help you succeed. I am an experienced IT Professional and 2 things stood out to me when evaluating Pabau 2 and immediately after our purchase. The fact that the dev team built a new platform form to eliminate technical debt and kludgy performance, impressed me at hello. I am mid on-boarding journey and the success team is available. I say that again, I did not purchase a product to only be left learning with minimal support. They check in, they provide work arounds and yes, I have witnessed them submitting bug fixes on my behalf. The power of this software is meeting and succeeding my expectations. Do not join the freeware crowd, your infrastructure can make or break you in time. I want to enjoy running my business, not dealing with poor performing software. Thank you Pabau, you're on the way to be the Med-Spa industry standard.

Cons

Probably the only feedback I have at this moment, is the number of emails I receive with follow ups and post meeting notes. It can be overwhelming when you have 2+ calls a week with the success team and I am starting to become immune to them. I know this will lessen as we get deeper into the on-boarding but the flip side it also demonstrates strong software capabilities which is exactly what I was looking for.

Yes, I also conducted an end user feedback on the other clinical software. It was important to me to that my team had a positive experience with our EHR. and clients with the patient portal. I am certain Pabau's intuitive UI will be a pleasant surprise for end-users and patients. Most other offerings are clunky and suffer latency issues bc of technical debt and improvements built on top of bad designs. I was drawn to Pabau 2 because the re-built the platform. I knew they had better insight this round to build a special SaaS knowing they were leaving the outdated features & technical designs in the past.

What I value most is how medical-focused the system is. Everything from injectable treatment templates, to photo tracking, before/after galleries, and customisable forms is built specifically for clinical and aesthetic use. It saves me hours each week and ensures I stay compliant with GDPR and medical record keeping standards. The client journey automation is also a huge bonus my patients receive reminders, forms, aftercare, and even newsletters without me having to manually send anything. It’s professional and keeps my patients engaged.

Pros

Since integrating Pabau into my aesthetic and wellness clinic, the transformation in how we manage our day-to-day operations has been incredible. As a nurse-led business, patient safety, organisation, and documentation are at the heart of everything I do. Pabau has helped streamline all aspects of my practice from online bookings and consent forms, to treatment notes, photos, and marketing follow-up.

Cons

While Pabau is a powerful and comprehensive system, the initial setup and learning curve can be quite steep especially for smaller teams or solo practitioners. Because the platform offers so many features, it takes time to understand how everything connects and to customise it for your clinic’s specific workflow. Additionally, certain parts of the interface could be more intuitive or visually modern. Also, some features like SMS credits or add-ons Marketing are not free; extra charges applies.

Pros

Pabau has a great user interface and appointment scheduling is super easy. The customer support team are incredibly helpful and always try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. I find it easy to use and set up my own individual features so that my patient management is made much easier. it does get bugs and issues but these are resolved quickly and we are always informed a to how long it may take which is helpful.

Cons

The initial set up felt intimidating but the staff are helpful and now you can use video screen recording links to help with any problems which means explaining any problems to the staff is so much easier as they can see the issue from the video.

Pabau has been amazing. After using many other softwares for the clinic in the past this has by far been the most user friendly. The staff are also extremely helpful . Thankyou!

Pros

The customer support is amazing , I think for what they charge, you truly get value for money. I also like that patients can have control of their diarys too.

Cons

I wouldn’t say this was a big issue at all but maybe having a sector especially for dentistry would be great as it is more aesthetics based.

I have worked with Pabau for over 6 years. Recently we underwent an upgrade and we had trouble adjusting to the new Programme. They were very patient with us and explained everything clearly and thoroughly and provided us with information on how to utilize the system effectively. No question was too big. Now having completed the training I am confident we can use Pabau to its optimum performance which will optimize our business potential. Thank you.

The training provided by Pabau was great. It was done online which meant we could schedule easily to fit in with our business.

Struggled with the upgrade but with the training provided I am confident we can optimize the system.

Overall, the platform is easy to use once set up. It brings together all aspects of the clinic into one space very nicely.

Pros

Pabau is a great platform for the clinic I work at. It meets all our needs and more. Not only does it effectively support the services I have already, but is able to integrate other marketing and financial services to elevate the business - all in one place. The ease of use is especially helpful given that our clinic relies on using this platform everyday. Additionally, the success team is especially helpful for answering all questions. They are very efficient in our meetings in answering all our questions and helping to make suggestions that ensure the best use of the system.

Cons

Sometimes due to the time difference across different countries, it makes it difficult to schedule times however the support teams do their best to make sure meetings are scheduled at times most convenient for us (the users). The onboarding process was not done effectively

The team were excellent, friendly and helpful. The booking system itself is personalised to my business which they client sees and helps with client engagement and retention.

Cons

There was not any aspect that I disliked. I think the process of setting up the account took about 4 weeks in total but I definitely think that is needed to ensure all the different aspects of the system are to your likes and needs for the business.

Overall, a great experience with both the system and the team behind it. Easy to navigate and an easy set up experience!

Pros

Pabau is an excellent, user-friendly system that’s incredibly easy to navigate, even for those new to clinic management software. The platform’s layout is intuitive, and the features are clearly designed. What stood out most was the outstanding customer support - the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule throughout the onboarding and training process. Their guidance made the transition seamless, and I always felt supported at every stage.

Cons

It isnt necessarily a negative but the on-boarding process is very in-depth and detailed, which is great for ensuring everything runs smoothly later on. However, it would have been helpful to know in advance how many onboarding calls and configuration steps were involved so I could plan my time accordingly. That said, the system works really well and the on-boarding sessions were very useful.

When there is a bug, the emails are always answered. The Good customer service makes Pabau business friendly.

Cons

Ever so often , there are systematic bugs which confuse the system. This sometimes leads to customer information on our behalf being wrong or confusing.

has a lot of features, if you aren't technically minded it can take a while to get to understand them and use them beneficially
