Pros

Excellent customer support. The person I spoke with explained how to use Pabau in a clear, step-by-step manner and was very patient and helpful throughout the meeting. It made learning the system much less overwhelming.

Cons

It can feel a little overwhelming at first due to the number of features available. A simpler onboarding process or more in-app guidance would have made it easier to get started.

Great. The support is fantastic, and although there are system upgrades which can alter the look sometimes, these enhances makes the system so much better.

Pros

We’ve had a fantastic experience using Pabau at The Beauty Alchemist. The system has helped streamline our patient journey, bookings, consultations and communication all in one place, making day-to-day clinic management far more efficient. The platform feels modern, intuitive and continually evolving, and the support from the Pabau team has been excellent throughout. It’s become a key part of helping us deliver a professional, seamless and high-end patient experience within our aesthetics, skincare and wellness clinic.

Cons

Some initial input required which can take time but is required at the start of the journey and a necessity.

Value for money, Easy to use, Loaded with features. I have been using pabau for an aesthetics skin clinic and it has been great in support

Cons

I have not yet fully utilised Pabau, as still using it, however so far I have not expereiced and issue

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It has made day-to-day operations much smoother and more predictable. There’s less confusion between team members, and everything feels more coordinated, especially during busy periods.

Pros

What I find most useful is how it helps coordinate everything happening in the clinic at the same time. You can clearly see who is booked where, what treatments are happening, and how the day is structured, which makes managing the overall flow much easier.

Cons

Because it offers so many operational tools, it takes a bit of time to understand how to optimise workflows fully. However, once you’ve adjusted it to your clinic, it actually becomes very efficient and saves a lot of time.

Pros

My overall experience has been very positive. It has made daily tasks quicker and more organised, especially when dealing with a high number of patients. It also makes communication with patients much easier, which improves the overall experience for both staff and patients.

Pros

From a front desk perspective, the biggest benefit is how easy it is to manage bookings and patient communication in one place. The calendar is clear, reminders go out automatically, and it really reduces missed appointments. It makes the day feel a lot more controlled and less stressful.

Cons

At the start, there are quite a lot of features to explore, but once you understand how everything fits together, it actually becomes very efficient. It’s more about getting familiar with the system rather than any real downside.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It has made onboarding smoother and reduced the need for constant supervision, as the system itself guides users through the correct processes. This has been especially helpful as the team has grown.

Pros

What stands out for me is how it supports training new staff. Once templates and workflows are set up, it gives a clear structure for how things should be done, which makes it much easier for new team members to follow processes correctly.

Cons
