My overall experience with Pabau has been very positive. It’s a comprehensive, all-in-one system that has helped streamline my workflow by bringing scheduling, charting, client communication, and payments into one place. Once everything is set up, it makes managing day-to-day operations much more efficient. There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially when customizing forms and workflows, but the flexibility is worth it. I’ve been able to tailor the system to fit my practice needs, which has made a big difference in organization and overall client experience.

Pros

What I liked most about Pabau is how all-in-one the system is. It streamlines scheduling, charting, client communication, and payments into one platform, which makes daily workflow much more efficient. I also appreciate the customizable forms and templates, which are especially helpful for tailoring documentation to my practice. The client experience feels elevated as well—with online booking, automated reminders, and easy intake forms. Overall, it helps keep everything organized and reduces the need for multiple systems.

Cons

One of the main downsides of Pabau is the initial setup and learning curve. Customizing forms, templates, and workflows can feel time-consuming and a bit overwhelming at first. Some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, which can slow things down when you’re getting started. Very good experience as I feel more professional in running a clinic without having to scramble through paperwork.

Pros

The in depth software. Pabau helps run every aspect of my aesthetic business. From the simplest of needs like appointment calender and point of sale to running teams, doing tax and daily balance sheets. The whole system is digitalised to be efficient in this modern world.

Cons

It takes time to learn the whole system. There is a lot of personalisation that goes into the system and very time consuming.

Love all the features and can't wait to put them to goo use. I like that you can start and continue to use other AI systems and link them inthe marketing packages so not really havnig to start from stratch

I like that it's easy to use, the support system in place is incredible and you can book sessions to understand topics more

Cons

nothing really... there's a lot to cover but don't dislike it. I think maybe having 1 account rep to go to would be more beneficial.

I cancelled it and switch to carepatron which has been great. It is a lot easier to set up and I was able to use it daily. I was not able to ever figure out Pabau, it is probably great if you can get it set up, but I am a small practice and had a hard time contacting support.

Pros

I didn't like Pabau, it was super difficult to use. I had to replace it with Carepatron which was much more intuitive.

Cons

I found it clunky and very difficult to use. I was not able to ever set it up and paid for months without ever getting any benefit.

The wide range of sophisticated functions that will make working life much quicker, easier and more effective / quality.

Cons

I am finding it harder than expected to learn the system, but that's a lot to do with my time constraints and limited IT skills!

Starting a new business is overwhelming, but Pabau has taken a huge burden off my shoulders. It is incredibly easy to use, even with the vast amount of features available. Having everything in one spot gives me such a peace of mind and has made me feel significantly less stressed. For a new business, affordability is key, and Pabau delivers great value. What really stands out is the support - the walkthrough has been fantastic, and they truly guide you through everything step by step. I highly recommend it to anyone - starting up or established as I can see myself using this for a long time to come.

Cons

At this time, I have not used it long enough to find the cons just yet. So far the system, resources, support has been great!

My overall experience with Pabau has been excellent. It’s made managing daily operations much more efficient and organised, with everything in one easy-to-use system. The features work seamlessly, and it’s really helped save time on admin tasks. Overall, it’s been a reliable and valuable tool that has made a big difference in how smoothly things run.

Pros

What I like most about Pabau is how easy it makes managing everything in one place. Booking appointments, handling client records, and taking payments all feel really smooth and well-organised. It’s saved me a lot of time on admin, and the automated reminders have helped reduce no-shows. Overall, it just makes running day-to-day operations much simpler and more efficient.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t come across any major downsides so far. My experience has been very positive, and everything works smoothly for my needs.

Overall, Pabau is a good system for a private clinic, with everything you need all in one system. Any questions or issues i have had, have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently
