Pros

My favorite part about Pabau Practice Management is how it keeps everything organized in one place. It makes managing appointments, client information, and day-to-day tasks so much easier and more efficient.

Cons

The thing I like least is that when we first got Pabau it would sometimes take a little while to load. However, their team has been really helpful and has given us tools and solutions to improve the speed, which has made a big difference.

Switched from

[Vagaro](https://www.capterra.com/p/153752/Vagaro/)

We switched from Vagaro to Pabau because we wanted a system that was better suited for a medical aesthetics practice. Pabau gives us more tools to manage patient information, scheduling, forms, communication, and other aspects of the practice all in one place. Overall, it has helped streamline our workflow and keep everything more organized.

Budget-friendly for small practices, lots of useful features, helpful customer support, and easy to use.

Cons

For US-based practices, it can sometimes be hard to get support because the support team is mainly based in the UK/Europe.

Pabau has greatly reduced administrative overhead and allowed our team to stay focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Pros

What I like best about Pabau is how seamlessly it streamlines clinical charting, patient scheduling, and practice workflows into a single intuitive platform. Managing appointments and documentation for aesthetics and wellness treatments requires a reliable, organized system, and Pabau makes client management, intake, and day-to-day operations effortless.

Cons

Learning a new system has its learning curve, but it was easy to pick up on. The system works together great as a whole to help our practice and patients.

Overall, Pabau has been easy to use and well suited to running an aesthetics and wellness clinic. It covers the main functions we need without making everyday tasks unnecessarily complicated, and the system has been straightforward to get set up with.

Pros

Pabau is a straightforward CRM system that brings bookings, client records, forms and day-to-day clinic management into one place. It is easy to navigate and has clearly been designed with clinics and aesthetics businesses in mind

Cons

The customisation options could be improved, particularly around colour schemes and branding. It would be useful to have more flexibility to make the client-facing elements better match the look and feel of an individual clinic.

Pros

It can be a bit difficult to get your head around at first, as there are many aspects to this piece of software. That said, this is also why it becomes so useful once everything is properly set up. The team are helpful with onboarding, and they continue to provide ad hoc support whenever it’s needed. After setup, it’s genuinely helpful and cuts down a lot of the admin involved in running a business. It automates many tasks and makes note-keeping straightforward. I honestly couldn’t imagine being without it.

Cons

There are some additional costs that require the use of credits, but this isn’t unusual compared with similar software companies.

Pros

Good customer support, would do the activity to show me how to do it, answers questions with confidence

Our overall experience has been extremely positive. Before switching to Pabau, we were using Zenoti and experienced daily operational issues that frequently interrupted our workflow and required ongoing troubleshooting. We wanted a platform that could streamline our operations instead of creating additional administrative work, and Pabau has delivered on that goal. The platform has helped us centralize scheduling, patient records, charting, treatment packages, memberships, payments, marketing, review management, and reporting into one system. Instead of managing multiple software subscriptions, our team works from a single platform that continues to evolve. Beyond the software itself, what has impressed us most is Pabau's commitment to continuous improvement. They regularly release updates, provide educational webinars, and have a support team that genuinely wants customers to succeed. No software is perfect, but Pabau has been the best overall solution we've found for a growing medical aesthetics practice and has significantly improved both our team's efficiency and our patient experience.

Pros

After evaluating several practice management platforms and migrating from Zenoti, Pabau has been a significant improvement for our medical aesthetics practice. The biggest advantage is that nearly every aspect of our business operates within one platform, including scheduling, EMR, online booking, digital forms, memberships, patient communication, marketing, automation, payments, reporting, inventory, and review management. The customization is exceptional. Rather than forcing us to change how our practice operates, Pabau allows us to build workflows that fit our clinic. The automation features alone have saved our front desk hours every week through appointment reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and marketing campaigns. Their customer support has also been outstanding. The implementation team, knowledge base, pre-built training resources, and live webinars made onboarding much easier than expected for such a feature-rich platform. We also appreciate that Pabau continuously releases new features and genuinely listens to customer feedback.

Cons

Our biggest disappointment was learning that true two-way SMS messaging wasn't available when we implemented the platform, as we originally believed it was. Since texting is a major part of patient communication in aesthetics, this was an important feature for our practice. Fortunately, the Pabau team has been transparent about the issue and has communicated that a solution is in development. Like any comprehensive platform, there is also a learning curve simply because of how many features are available. However, the excellent onboarding resources and training webinars helped make the transition much smoother.

Switched from

[ZENOTI](https://www.capterra.com/p/131057/ZENOTI/)

We made the switch from Zenoti because we needed a platform that would support our growth instead of slowing us down. We were experiencing daily operational issues, limited customization, challenges with patient communication, and frequent frustrations that required workarounds or support tickets. Rather than spending time troubleshooting software, we wanted our team focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience. Pabau offered the flexibility, automation, and all-in-one functionality we were looking for, making it a much better fit for our medical aesthetics practice.

Reasons for choosing Pabau

We chose Pabau after comparing several aesthetic practice management platforms because it offered the best combination of customization, automation, patient management, marketing, and scalability. It allowed us to consolidate multiple systems into one platform while providing the flexibility to build workflows around our practice. Combined with excellent onboarding, ongoing training, and a responsive support team, it was the best long-term fit for our growing clinic.
