Pros: User Friendly, and you can run your project free online on any computer!!!

Cons: Nothing

Overall: I worked with several process Simulation, BP Simulation is very user friendly and also best customer service experience!!!!!!

Comments: even though it takes some time to learn how to use BP simulator, it works great as a business process design, simulation or queue analysis tool.

Comments: Didn't find it as intuitive as I had hoped. Accordingly I decided it would not meet my needs fairly early in the piece and did not attempt to use it thereafter
