Pros: 1. DASH has been able to scale up matching our growth to 116,000 annual sports registrants.
2. Lot of good features but the central calendar allows for centralized management of multiple facilities thus reducing labor costs.
3. Parents have full view, text and email notifications of games and system works for our very large basketball as well as the more volatile outdoor sports requiring reschedules.
4. Interfaces well with Constant Contact.
5. Seamless integration with QuickBooks.
6. Very good data mining.
7. Robust with 99.9% up time and very few operational issues.

Overall: Tripled the business and only increased staff by 20% while increasing customer satisfaction. We are constantly looking for efficiency improvement since we have massive scheduling and team building. They have been good to tackle those issues.
