Pros: In the time that i used it I could not find one outstanding thing that I liked the most about the software. Nothing is standing out.

Cons: The fact that if all sessions have been used of a membership the membership does not automatically expires. What is the use of having time left on a membership and no more sessions/units to book into that time? If admin needs to cancel that membership manually, what is the point of having a booking system if it needs to be done by hand.

Overall: Got started with using a booking website for my business, but will consider looking at more mobile friendly software.

Pros: The fact that you can customise the booking page with all your company logos and photos. It is so easy for me to use and for clients booking their own appointments is a simple, stress free process. As a sole proprietor this booking system is going to save me so much time.

Cons: Not having the facility to type in a client name and their appointment pops up, instead you have to scroll through day by day to find them.

Pros: Ease for people to use to book sessions with us both paid and free. We use the free version currently, but have also used the full version.

Cons: It can be difficult to set up sessions and times easily, especially when you don't have a regular schedule.

Pros: I love the fact that I could activate the payment options to PayPal or any other one. I also love how I can design my web page.

Cons: The fact that all of my settings start over when there's a new month for the subscription. The settings should stay the same even when I renew my subscription

Pros: I like that I can allow individual service providers to have their own logins so they can manage their own schedules. SBM allows us to set up a great variety of appointments and request all sorts of information from people booking appointments.

Cons: This is not the most intuitive system to figure out but because there isn't an endless amount of features it's not too difficult to figure out. I do not like that people who want to leave a review must be signed into facebook.

Overall: We get the ability to book appointments with cat adopters to the people giving appointments to sign adoption contracts

Pros: It allows me to use it on my website and on my Facebook page. Since I am starting my business is nice to have it free at the beginning.

Cons: I would like it to have more templates available. The instructions to use the templates are not very clear.

Pros: Customize the appointments for my customers as per your time and location. I can easily close the days off and on as per my requirement. Good thing is that I can put a reminder time which email me about the customer's appointment in advance. Whenever customer books the appointment I always get email and it's really good that you don't have to manage too many things.

Cons: Not anything yet Might be better to tell you once I'm using for more than a year or more. Overall no complaints.

Pros: It is so customizable! There are so many features to choose to make it fit exactly what I want. I also like that a I can sort my services into categories. The options to allow specific times for different services during the same day is also great.

Cons: The book now button is in the center of the image on the main screen. Most of my images look funny with the button directly in the center.

Pros: Ease of use, very affordable for small businesses. It has a feature to sync with your business calender.

Cons: Everything is great about it. Nothing to dislike at all.

Pros: I like the fact that it is very accessible and the Support is second to none. I like the fact that changing the look of the product is relatively easy even for someone as computer inept as myself!

Cons: I run Classes, I would like to be able to offer a single class pass plus 5 and 10 class passes. The system does nto allow for this as you have to buy the product as a membership to create the class pass. Then use the Pass. For single Use this is too long a process and will put people off. SO to be able to have the 2 systems, to just purchase a single use product at the same time as have the "membership" is pretty important. Ease of use for the client is so important and can put people off.

Overall: I have been able to set up a booking system relatively quickly

Pros: I like the future that the clients have the easy possibility to make a reservation. When an reservation is made and accepted, the clients get updates of upcoming event both with an email and a sms message.

Cons: Translation part is difficult to manage, and the translation page freeze easily. It has happen that I have lost all the translation I have made because of lagging page. I would like to have recommendation of a pot. App, or morse stable page.

Pros: The ability to sync appointments with my calendar is what I like most about this. Simplybook has been seamless with this function. I also love the customized interface.

Cons: I wish there was a way to record brief notes about appointments or clients. It seems like that would be a simple thing to add as a field attached to each client and appointment.

Pros: Ability to have custom domain, although it cost extra but it's a great feature. Able to add multiple service providers, which allows our dealers/partners in different countries to manage their appointments with one single system.

Cons: many available plug-ins but have a limit on how many can be used based on the subscription plan purchased.

Pros: User friendly, fast to set up, flexibility, many features available. Love how it integrates with my personal Google calender.

Cons: Long "website" name to give to people. The payments option doesn't allow for personal banking details - I would like to send out an email with my personal banking details if a client clicks on "pay later" - not all people feel comfortable paying with payfast/PayPal etc. And still prefers EFT payments. I would like to be able to sell "packages"

Pros: I like how they have managed to cover pretty much every relationship that I would want between the data types. From Providers, Services, Users, Products, Time Schedules, etc... I have been able to be as creative as I want due to their extensive data system. When you combine this with the ease of use for basic computer users, it will create a very usable environment. I was able to completely set up our company scheduling system and implement it on our website in one day. I replaced a system that we have been using for a few years now. I was so impressed with this system, that I replaced a system that is already paid for until late 2019. It was worth the switch. This system is less than half the cost also.

Cons: Since we are a small business, we have only about 50 bookings a month (if that). I'd like to see an advanced basic level that gives you about 8-10 custom features with a low # of bookings per month. Price this between Basic and Standard and I think you would attract even more small/medium businesses.

Cons: Easier to get hold of help agents.. but once u get hold of one they are brilliant very quick and easy to deal with ..just took me a while to find one

Pros: The booking interface is amazing. It is very easy to use and my customers loves it. I also like that they have live chat. The assistants are very nice and they help me everytime I have doubts.

Cons: I need to pay for different pluggins. The software has very nice pluggins and extra things to add to the system, but in the basic user I need to pay for most of them.

Overall: It is cheaper than any other boking system and the interface is really amazing. I really love how colorfull it is.

Pros: The best thing about simplybook is their custom feature library. You can customize your page and your admin page to suit your business model. For our photography studio, we used 3 custome features and those were more than enough.

Cons: UX/UI of Simplybook when i use it on mobile has some issues. I'm using iphone SE and when i view the calendar from Admin page to key in my booking, the date titles of the calendar never show full text, and it's hard to key in infomation

Best software and Live chat support are really helpful!

Cons: The least thing I like about this software is that you cannot change the company's date and time. IF every service provider is from a different country, you have to stick to the company's time

Pros: I like the different custom features, the flow of the site is nice, customer support is *usually* quick, it seems to be easy to use, generally organized system

Cons: Extra custom features are very expensive - i wish the standard package came with 10 features rather 8....some of the custom features to be used are necessities (like client log in), clients sometimes have problems using my site to book, the calendar sync isn't quite as quick as i am used to

Pros: It's easy for clients to use online. Once you have figured out how to set it up it's easy to change and adapt as needed. It's handy I can link it in to my website and my facebook page. It's great to be able to see all the reports and to be able to check client reports as well.

Cons: The feature I like least is the classes option as you can't link classes to a provider so I had to use services instead. This annoyed me as I had set everything up as classes and then had to reset it all up again as services. I wish that there was an app that my students could use to book in and out on their phones that would be great. I know you said that also that you can use webpage on your phone but it's very fiddly. Especially if I am trying to look at who is booked in and I have 15 names all squished together (that's how many I can fit in one class/appointment).

Overall: Less phone calls and messages as clients can manage their own bookings. I can also keep track of how busy I am and if classes are getting quieter.

Pros: I like the ease of use and the directions and assistance always available. Simply book me is always updated and adding new features to compliment my business and assist with day to day tasks of synchronising my appointments. I love the analytical part of the system that allows me to keep track of all my appointments, hours and money

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about Simply book me. It is easy to use, 24/7 online help with everything and great feedback from my clients who can choose their times with ease.

Overall: I save a lot of time not having to text or email my clients to confirm their attendance to appointments. I have less cancellation and no shows due to the reminder texts and emails.

Pros: Simple & easy. We love to have an empty block or when we ad a pause that we can fill in also something personal, you can put an appointment or a pause.

Cons: There is no opportunity to fill in something personal in (that's a missing link!), yes you can link an external agenda, but it not the same!

Pros: I love how easy this software is to use there's lots of templates and plugins for you to use to get started. Also the payment plugin is fantastic as it allows my clients to make payments immediately after booking a session.

Cons: There's not much to dislike about this application but it would be nice if the developers added a few more plugins for the free version otherwise you're stuck having to pay the monthly fee.. which still isn't too too bad

Overall: Any of my students can use the link produced from this software to make a payment. All they need is an email and a PayPal account works like a charm

Cons: Inferior customer support, difficult to make changes to availability calendars for one-time events. Data export process and function is weak.

Pros: It is easy to use. At the same time, it has all the functions you need. Very well thought-out down to the smallest detail. I have compared a lot of other tools. Some were still a little easier to use, but important functions were missing. Simplybookme is by far the best tool in my opinion.

Cons: I didn't find any real "cons". A bit annoying is that some strings cannot be translated. But that's not a real "con".

Comments: This is such a class-act program to use for anyone that is in sales and service and even education. All the price plans, even the free plan has enough of the fabulous features this software has to offer to get you going. And if you make an annual payment you get 2 months free. You cannot beat that deal. I highly recommend this software to anyone that needs a richly feature appointment scheduler.

Pros: What I love about this software is it's commitment to security, its choice of payment processing and the ability to book from any device. Plus it has a lot of custom features that cater to many different facets of business.

Pros: Since i have limited availability, I can choose whatever time to start the appointment. Clients won't mess up my schedule.
It is super easy to use.
And not like the other app, this one has front page, which show information of company and other things. It is just like a website

Cons: Price is kinda expensive as i used many Custom Features. Basic plan should come with at least 5 custom features.

Pros: Allowed my clients to book our client's services easily and without error. Having SMS reminders sent out also added value to the price, which is very affordable.

Cons: It needs some more customization options, as well as an update in the interface and user experience.

Pros: You can customize your services, schedule, even design a website for online booking. We used it for our online tutoring classes and worked very well. Able to take payments and online booking is awesome tool

Cons: I didn't like that it's plugin system where, more plugins you want more money you have to pay. For my use I didn't really need many but didn't like the fact I only had 1 or 2 choices for what I could pay.

Pros: This is a testimonial from a client that I only received because SimplyBook works very well!

-Excellent technological part and ease of scheduling.
Loved the ease in the online scheduling process, clean, well located location and modern and new decor.

Cons: I would like to be able to do some customizations, although the system allows several and you had an option that the login screen was the first one to appear on the site.

Overall: I do not have to worry about my service schedule. The client owns the calendar.

Pros: I originally chose this software for my scheduling because it includes many features under the free plan. My implementation is slow, so this allows me to adapt to the software and really understand it before making my decision. The customization is outstanding. Once you level up to a paid plan, you have a great many features for a low price.

Cons: I couldn't get it to work the way I need it to. I synced calendars. It seemed to be working great on some sample appointments that I put in. I had to stop using it when it allowed an appointment to be made that didn't fall within the parameters I had set.

Pros: The API is vast and connects to most areas of their full-featured ecosystem and has documentation for most areas of the API. Also, the price structure allows us to scale sustainably for our use case.

Cons: The API has the odd error which can be troublesome and the team does not seem to be responsive to corrections when submitted. Also, I've used their Redmine API/developer support page and it takes a long time to get a response, when they respond at all, even for paid users.

Pros: I am able to make the diary unique to my working pattern, I find that it is very flexible and this is important to my working style.

Cons: I'd like to be able to tweak the visuals to make it more 'on brand' for my business, e.g. to change the font and layout.

Pros: Its versatility. Many other booking systems had too many restrictions and didn't suit my business. The genius with SimplyBook.Me is that it's absolutely customisable with many (if not all) small businesses, which is just what I needed from a booking system.

Cons: The UX and UI could be improved - the design of the site is not the most up-to-date or user friendly. Can't fault the functionality though.

Pros: Allows our customers to book our conference rooms online w/ no labor from our staff. They can see our booking availability, pay, agree to our terms of use & cancellation policy, all online without taking our staff's time. Super helpful!

Cons: I wish the user interface for matching a conference room with an available time was slightly easier. Right now the user has to select a duration and then look at availability on our booking calendar. I wish he/she could look at our calendar's availability and simply click & drag across our schedule to select the time frame they want to book. That would be easier and more intuitive.

Overall: Allows us to offer conference room rentals to our customers online. Saves labor. Allows customer to make a decision on whether or not to book at all hours of the day. Has increased our conference room bookings.

Pros: Simply Book has the ability to integrate onto your website with a few easy pieces of coding. It also has Booking Troll which is a directory that is powered by them so that is great for search engine optimization (SEO). Not only have they created a great software but they are also smart enough to create a directory as well. Super smart!

Cons: It needs to be more responsive. I don't like how it looks on Smart devices. I had to remove it off my site temporarily for this reason.

Pros: I did a lot of research on different booking systems as I was looking to get a simple but customisable booking system integrated to my website and SimplyBookMe seemed to be able to provide the options I needed including images, restrict bookings etc. I take bookings for workshops happening occasionally rather than regularly so ability to keep the cost to minimum was a key.
I've been happy with the system so far and have no complaints so can recommend.

Cons: The only thing I would say is that there is not much control of the bookings without the add-ons, so be prepared to spend some money on the custom features.

Pros: Very responsive support. Pretty quick speed in the system. Over all user friendly after setup is complete as it is with most good web based software. I recommend for most scheduling needs.

Cons: Would really like to see a better way to take cash and check Payments. Also a better way to make changes(editing) to a booking after the fact with out sending to client.

Pros: Scheduling, maintaining a client's list, sending out reminders, receiving payments and more has been soooooo much easier! Thanks to SimplyBook.me! Customer Service Reps are very helpful and quick with responses.

Cons: When I receive notifications in the notification area, I will press on the notification and nothing pops up. For example, I received a cancellation in my notification area, I pressed on it to see who cancelled and nothing showed. In fact, all of my notifications were no longer there. It said I had 0 notifications. This happens every time I try to press on a notification for further details

But normally when you click on such notification it should lead you to the calendar page where you can check bookings. With that being said (or hmmm written), it is a good idea to let the notification stay for longer, have it bold when unread and normal if read. 1) The mobile view is not very friendly and the look and feel for mobile is not responsive i would optimize all the templates for mobile, since 90%+ of all my customer book their appointments on mobile.
2) The calendar sync with google does not work very well, when a customer cancels or reschedule an appointment the google calendar doesn't updates and you cant see all the customer info (name, phone, mail, etc) in the google calendar
3) you cant book half hours.
4) There is no simplybook app for apple so i can manage my business in an app.

Regarding the bookings then your clients should be able to book every half hour if you set your time frames right, please discuss with Live Help as well. Pros: It looks good for what it is, and is simple enough once you get the hang of where everything is. They are prompt in responses to questions, although the live chat usually becomes disconnected and needs to be continued through email.

Cons: Whenever you click on settings it will open a new tab every time. The descriptions are vague and misleading when dealing with what features are available in each subscription. I wanted access to the promotions and discounts feature, and purchased the option to add another only to find out that one only included with a subscription. I then purchased a subscription only to find out it needs to be the next level up. They refused to issue a refund, and eventually offered it under the condition that my website be deleted.

The promotion system comes with all subscriptions except the Free one, as you can see on the pricing page. So you should have been able to implement that with our Basic subscription. If you were not able to do that then you must have already used 3 custom features for something else and therefore you can not add more features under that subscription, if however you had only activated two features then you could have added the promotion system as well. The reason for us wanting to delete the system if they are cancelled is that otherwise you might get bookings from clients and then since you will not be getting notifications as you cancelled the system, you might have clients showing up without you knowing anything about their booking. Pros: Software very easy to use. I use the sofware to enable my ustomers to make reservations. Good and quick customer support.

Pros: I like that I can distribute services to my staff members and categorise the services via location which is really important to me as I didn't want a long list of staff to appear on the booking page, only the ones who was in the same area as the customer.

Cons: Some bits are tricky to use and when asking for help from staff to use the platform you are generally just given a link to a manual sheet. It doesn't tell you how you can use the booking system to its full potential and it would be nice as a paying customer to be able to speak to someone on the phone so they can get a feel of what you are trying to accomplish. That being said, it may be the reason why it doesn't cost as much as other platforms and i am happy with the price I pay monthly as it is affordable, especially as a start up business.

Cons: - Would be good if an invoicing function could be added to allow a completely seamless service
- In time an improved notes system would be fantastic
- With regards to client details, it would be great if the functions could be more seamlessly linked. Eg saving clients insurance details, they recognise directly to appointments, rather than saving as a timeline SOAP function.
- In the 'setup' list of all files/folders of the whole system. It would be great if these were listed aphabectically or grouped as per their function, as searching through them all to changes the names of them, eg SOAP fields, is very time consuming and confusing.
- Be able to have locations set up but choose for them to NOT show on booking page.

Pros: What I like most about simplybookme is the ease of use. Everything is pretty straight forward and simple to setup.

Cons: What I like least is the custom feature options in paid packages. Some of the custom features are pretty basic things that should be included with basic usage. A package gets you 3 custom features. If you want to accept payments, that's 1, add in custom scheduling, that's 2, and to edit service descriptions using HTML is 3... and you're doing. Now you have to pay to add each new custom or upgrade to a higher tiered plan. These features were always included in other platforms I've tried out.

Pros: Excellent value compared to other products. Very good feature pricing structure. Support is immediate through chat and they are excellent. Lots of flexibility with services and statuses.

Cons: Lacks basic refinements such as; page navigation difficult at times as windows are off screen or covered by a pop up, not possible to delay notification emails/SMS messages when creating an appointment leading to multiple sent when mistakes corrected, no easy and clear way to enter and view worker off time as only visible on provider view.

Pros: I like the features available that allow you to make it fairly customized for your business needs. You can essentially have a variety of booking types and customize them to the people offering those services. The custom CSS is also nice because it allowed us to customize the look to our business. UX is very confusing though - even for this designer and developer of 15+ years.

Cons: It is not user friendly. UX is very illogical & there are several screen you can/have to go to do what you want. Constantly have issues with it not reading my customers timezone correctly. Literally had to beg & argue for them to look at. Messaged them several times & never had this issue with any other platform before.

Overall: I was able to have the flexibility to customize the tool to my business needs and allow my users to have a login where they could manage their bookings.

Pros: Today my favourite feature was the customer service! But otherwise it is the cost and overall quality for what we pay. We are a non-profit and greatly appreciate having functional software that stays within our budget.

Pros: I found it fairly easy to learn from scratch myself. As my business has grown I have been able to change my booking site to suit my needs. Simplybookit is totally editable to my needs .

Cons: There is sadly no `offline¿ website editor ability - any changes you make go online straight away and you can¿t test them.
Meaning i can¿t sample the full `user experience¿ in an offline version of my site.

Pros: ease of use, for both staff and customers, easy to add new staff and services, report overview are good

Cons: when treatment times are extended it does not reflect financially, if treatments are extended beyond the set working hours it rolls over into the next working day

Pros: The layout is very easy to use compared to others, the custom features are great and you can pick and choose which ones work the best for you.

Cons: The additional custom feature, just to add one if you are beginner can be quite expensive, which is not that great.

Pros: I like it because it is easy to use for my team and on the other hand for our customers as well. The software is reliable and in case u need some help, there is the live chat, that is very responsive and helpful. In general, it is very easy to work with.

Cons: The only thing that my team is (was) missing is the app, that got out of service. But we got used to login through the webpage and it works great.

Pros: Calender sync is great and the easy of setting up overall. Booking online is also a hit and the way of the future for me so always trying to use that.

Cons: I am unsure of what i like least about the software. Maybe the cost as usually thats what most people like least, right?

Pros: I like most how easy it is to set up and use as I am not at all "Techi" if I can set it up anyone can. ! I use it daily.

Cons: I find it hard to change days booked out as non client days back to working days if I get a client that can only come on that day.

Overall: It saves me so much time ringing round students and clients to see when they want to come. Now, they self book.

Pros: Most everything.

Cons: The only con that I know of right now, is that notification is not an option. It would be nice to be able to toggle on/off the notifications when creating an appointment.

Pros: Possibility that clients book themselves. Connection to our google calendar. The ease with wich you can add a service.

Cons: Not possible to book for groups, as we use it for planning our guides for farm tours etc. People can book a tour for their group, and pay per head. We really miss this functionality.
Also we have different locations people can book (instead of performers, but we use the performer tool), and it is a lot of work to plan the opening hours per location/performer (we close most locations for 5 months in winter)
We cannot send a reminder more than 3 days before the appointment. For us 7 or even 14 days would be better.

With regards to the comments, then I would like to inform you that you can accept bookings for tours/groups with our Group Booking Custom Feature and accept payments as well for the whole group. If you however want each to pay for themselves then as a workaround they can choose "Pay later" for example or not receive payments online but instead send bank account details in confirmation email so that the clients will make bank transfer. Admin can then use approve bookings feature to approve them when transfer is received. We also have Multiple Location custom feature, which enables you to create multiple service locations at different addresses, and connect them with different service providers (staff members). Last but not least you can contact our Live Chat and ask them to add the functionality to send reminders with more than 3 days before the appointment. I hope this helps:) SimplyBook.me

Pros: I have been using it for the last two years as an on-line self-service appointment schedule for my customers. Very easy to set up and use this software. Technical support is quick to response and very helpful. With Simplybook great way to attract more customers

Cons: The prices and the short time for renewal are pretty expensive.
It's not really worth it for smaller companies like myself it's not a good thing if you want to earn money for every little software.

Pros: It seems lightweight and not overbearing with 'in your face' features. The pricing model is very fair and cost effective my for micro business. These are the benefits on which to grow, prosper and keep me as a customer.

Cons: **customer email template footer - Need to have a better set of choices for the fixed template footer.
-- being a local business, that booking troll page is not very relevant to my local customers; and no 'promotions' appear to be there.
-- some employers filter bookingtroll.com to their blacklist.

Pros: It allows my customers to book online which allows me to concentrate on other things. As the customers get a confirmation email, they can receive all the information needed prior to coming.

Cons: Would like to be able to purchase a 'bundle' of custom features. I'm only a very small business but buying individual custom features is quite expensive and there are a few that I would like that would enable my business to grow even further.
