Pros: Software very easy to use. I use the sofware to enable my ustomers to make reservations. Good and quick customer support.

Cons: I don't see many cons. I would say that the tariffs could be a bit lower, but the service on overall is good.

Pros: I like that I can distribute services to my staff members and categorise the services via location which is really important to me as I didn't want a long list of staff to appear on the booking page, only the ones who was in the same area as the customer.

Cons: Some bits are tricky to use and when asking for help from staff to use the platform you are generally just given a link to a manual sheet. It doesn't tell you how you can use the booking system to its full potential and it would be nice as a paying customer to be able to speak to someone on the phone so they can get a feel of what you are trying to accomplish. That being said, it may be the reason why it doesn't cost as much as other platforms and i am happy with the price I pay monthly as it is affordable, especially as a start up business.

Pros: - Easy to use
- Multi-functional
- Offers versatility with different sites/users/services
- Has started offering services associated with note taking
- Allows reports on various details
- Fantastic online booking service

Cons: - Would be good if an invoicing function could be added to allow a completely seamless service
- In time an improved notes system would be fantastic
- With regards to client details, it would be great if the functions could be more seamlessly linked. Eg saving clients insurance details, they recognise directly to appointments, rather than saving as a timeline SOAP function.
- In the 'setup' list of all files/folders of the whole system. It would be great if these were listed aphabectically or grouped as per their function, as searching through them all to changes the names of them, eg SOAP fields, is very time consuming and confusing.
- Be able to have locations set up but choose for them to NOT show on booking page.

My experience has been good so far. It's helped simplify my booking process with clients.

Pros: What I like most about simplybookme is the ease of use. Everything is pretty straight forward and simple to setup.

Cons: What I like least is the custom feature options in paid packages. Some of the custom features are pretty basic things that should be included with basic usage. A package gets you 3 custom features. If you want to accept payments, that's 1, add in custom scheduling, that's 2, and to edit service descriptions using HTML is 3... and you're doing. Now you have to pay to add each new custom or upgrade to a higher tiered plan. These features were always included in other platforms I've tried out.

Pros: I like the fact that there are so many custom features to choose from. This app makes booking very simple.

Cons: At this point the only con would be that you have to pay to use all the custom features available to you

Pros: Excellent value compared to other products. Very good feature pricing structure. Support is immediate through chat and they are excellent. Lots of flexibility with services and statuses.

Cons: Lacks basic refinements such as; page navigation difficult at times as windows are off screen or covered by a pop up, not possible to delay notification emails/SMS messages when creating an appointment leading to multiple sent when mistakes corrected, no easy and clear way to enter and view worker off time as only visible on provider view.

Overall: Value for our usage.

Pros: I like the features available that allow you to make it fairly customized for your business needs. You can essentially have a variety of booking types and customize them to the people offering those services. The custom CSS is also nice because it allowed us to customize the look to our business. UX is very confusing though - even for this designer and developer of 15+ years.

Cons: It is not user friendly. UX is very illogical & there are several screen you can/have to go to do what you want. Constantly have issues with it not reading my customers timezone correctly. Literally had to beg & argue for them to look at. Messaged them several times & never had this issue with any other platform before.

Overall: I was able to have the flexibility to customize the tool to my business needs and allow my users to have a login where they could manage their bookings.

Pros: The interface is great because you can have a booking system in a affordable price. Easy to use

Cons: I think should give more feature inclued in the monthly fee, because the price could be very high in the end

Pros: Customer Support is the best! Also the software itself has lots of flexibility and features. Love it.

Cons: less flexibility on custom design. and copy and paste doesn't work on making services so each service must be created and set settings by yourself.

Pros: Very easy to use, everything is self-explanatory and if there is something you're not sure about, support is always available and willing to help you.

Cons: The price. When I first signed up I thought all the custom features were included for some reason, until I saw that for the lowest membership there are only 3 custom features included. My suggestion is that you do at least 6.

Pros: Today my favourite feature was the customer service! But otherwise it is the cost and overall quality for what we pay. We are a non-profit and greatly appreciate having functional software that stays within our budget.

Cons: It can be a bit tricky to navigate the admin side of things sometimes, such as finding a particular booking history, but that's partially my own user error, I imagine.

Pros: Good set of features and great ability to customise. the support staff are fantastic and cannot be faulted.

Cons: No ability to approve bookings (can but wont work with payments at same time)
No ability to take a percentage payment at booking
No branding available for internal staff landing pages/portal
limited automations
no automation for completing providers info or services,

i sent an email outlining all of this and would be amazing if we saw some of this in the future

Pros: My clients say it's easy to use.
It syncs with my Google Calendar.
It can be embedded on my website.

Cons: When I choose to have the time in my client's time zone, the time goes crazy and it causes problems with bookings.
Doesn't allow you to have prices in different currencies or accepts Visa for payments.

You could contact our live help to check this out with you. As for prices, you can select any currency in the world, but your clients can not select between currencies. Which cards can be accepted depends on which credit card processor you choose, but in our system, you have the choice to select between tens of provider who accept Visa credit cards, just contact our Live Chat and they will help you through it. Pros: ease of use while still very flexible to be ajusted to our needs
good looking integration into our own website with possiblity to adjust the look and feel
possiblity to add quite a bit of complexity (team members, locations, various products) without the subscription price to go through the roof

Cons: sometimes quite slow loading times
iFrame integration on our website. I'd prefer other integration.

Pros: Reminders and simplicity to achieve professional level results, it's like everything you need has been thought out for you. It competes with a the standard of whole organization handling bookings for you

Cons: I will love them to create a Mobile App for users on Android play and IOS istore that would sync with the web browser interface. This way you will never need another PA OR booking software

Overall: Handling my clients has improved, it was a physical cacophony of bookings before now as I run an auto worlshop

Pros: I can integrate the app with my existing Wordpress site and even Facebook page , and there is different plugins that you can use !

Cons: That clients can book themselves wherever THEY choose which may not be convenient for me. I¿ve always booked my own appointments so that I can stack people close together and with this they can book all over a day leaving gaps.

Terms and conditions and cancellation policy able to add this to the booking summary is brilliant.

Pros: I found it fairly easy to learn from scratch myself. As my business has grown I have been able to change my booking site to suit my needs. Simplybookit is totally editable to my needs .

Cons: There is sadly no `offline¿ website editor ability - any changes you make go online straight away and you can¿t test them.
Meaning i can¿t sample the full `user experience¿ in an offline version of my site.

Pros: The customer service has been exceptional. The booking system is easy to use and the custom features are very good.

Cons: The booking portal can be a little clunky and would benefit from more customisation. Users need to be able to determine the duration of their booking rather than booking in preset time slots.

Pros: Customer support are always really helpful. It creates a nice looking, easy to use booking system that I can send to clients. Lots of functionality to address various set up needs.

Cons: The set up can take a bit of getting used to but customer support can help you address any issues and resolve.

Pros: It¿s easy to set up once you get started. The system is slick and easy on the eye. It has made a lot of the main issues with our club easier to manage, not go away but easier.

Cons: If your not very IT technical then trying to find out the basic info like how many bookings and a simple list of who like on something like Eventbrite then it¿s double hard.

Pros: ease of use, for both staff and customers, easy to add new staff and services, report overview are good

Cons: when treatment times are extended it does not reflect financially, if treatments are extended beyond the set working hours it rolls over into the next working day

Pros: I like it because it is easy to use for my team and on the other hand for our customers as well. The software is reliable and in case u need some help, there is the live chat, that is very responsive and helpful. In general, it is very easy to work with.

Cons: The only thing that my team is (was) missing is the app, that got out of service. But we got used to login through the webpage and it works great.

Pros: Calender sync is great and the easy of setting up overall. Booking online is also a hit and the way of the future for me so always trying to use that.

Pros: I like most how easy it is to set up and use as I am not at all "Techi" if I can set it up anyone can. ! I use it daily.

Cons: I find it hard to change days booked out as non client days back to working days if I get a client that can only come on that day.

Overall: It saves me so much time ringing round students and clients to see when they want to come. Now, they self book.

Cons: The only con that I know of right now, is that notification is not an option. It would be nice to be able to toggle on/off the notifications when creating an appointment.

Pros: Possibility that clients book themselves. Connection to our google calendar. The ease with wich you can add a service.

Cons: Not possible to book for groups, as we use it for planning our guides for farm tours etc. People can book a tour for their group, and pay per head. We really miss this functionality.
Also we have different locations people can book (instead of performers, but we use the performer tool), and it is a lot of work to plan the opening hours per location/performer (we close most locations for 5 months in winter)
We cannot send a reminder more than 3 days before the appointment. For us 7 or even 14 days would be better.

With regards to the comments, then I would like to inform you that you can accept bookings for tours/groups with our Group Booking Custom Feature and accept payments as well for the whole group. If you however want each to pay for themselves then as a workaround they can choose "Pay later" for example or not receive payments online but instead send bank account details in confirmation email so that the clients will make bank transfer. Admin can then use approve bookings feature to approve them when transfer is received. We also have Multiple Location custom feature, which enables you to create multiple service locations at different addresses, and connect them with different service providers (staff members). Last but not least you can contact our Live Chat and ask them to add the functionality to send reminders with more than 3 days before the appointment. I hope this helps:) SimplyBook.me

Pros: I have been using it for the last two years as an on-line self-service appointment schedule for my customers. Very easy to set up and use this software. Technical support is quick to response and very helpful. With Simplybook great way to attract more customers

Cons: The prices and the short time for renewal are pretty expensive.
It's not really worth it for smaller companies like myself it's not a good thing if you want to earn money for every little software.

Pros: It seems lightweight and not overbearing with 'in your face' features. The pricing model is very fair and cost effective my for micro business. These are the benefits on which to grow, prosper and keep me as a customer.

Cons: **customer email template footer - Need to have a better set of choices for the fixed template footer.
-- being a local business, that booking troll page is not very relevant to my local customers; and no 'promotions' appear to be there.
-- some employers filter bookingtroll.com to their blacklist.

Pros: It allows my customers to book online which allows me to concentrate on other things. As the customers get a confirmation email, they can receive all the information needed prior to coming.

Cons: Would like to be able to purchase a 'bundle' of custom features. I'm only a very small business but buying individual custom features is quite expensive and there are a few that I would like that would enable my business to grow even further.

Pros: It literally enables my business to function. All the booking, payment and work calendar is done - I don't even have to think about it. Plus the live online support is usually always there and instantly ready to help.

Cons: Could do with a few more templates for the customer interface. But the one I have chosen looks really good and is perfect.

Cons: I think it is designed more for salons rather than fitness classes, which is what I use it for. On the booking site, it would be good if the sessions on the same day would show right bellow each other, it doesn't need to take up so much space, it confuses members who are not good with computers.

Also, in the site I used before, members could see who else was booked in the same class, which they liked.

Overall: I can make all the changes myself and it seamlessly reflects on the booking site.

Pros: The automatic setup informs me of new clients and hooks up to Paypal. The people in the chat room provide help with much patience.

Cons: Using trial and error to see if everything is operational, is a bit tedious. By this I mean that I have no way of knowing if Simplybook and Paypal are setup correctly without booking a lesson myself.

Overall: I've just started a business which requires a booking and payment system, but this system is just what the doctor ordered.

Pros: Easy to use, almost trouble free (works almost every time). Interface is appealing, and customers can access site very easily.

Cons: 1. My customers frequently complain that they cannot book an appointment. This is because it is not very clear that a time slot has already been booked and they need to try and search for another one that is not.

I think to overcome this, a pop-up message should appear at the booking site every time someone tries to book a time slot that is taken already. The message could read "This session is already booked or there is insufficient time available to book this time slot. Please try another time slot". The little red sentence that currently appears on your system is rarely seen by my customers nor is the dimmed grey lettering of the time slots evident enough for customers to realize the slot is taken already.

In addition, you can provide a week or month-at-a-glance view of the time days/time slots already booked and those available so customers can easily see which ones to select.

2. It would be great if I could add a link from my Simplebookme webpage so customers can click on to view more information about a service or product than what is allowed from your site.

Overall: Eliminates me having to spend time booking appointments manually.

Pros: What I like most about this software is the convenience that it provides for our company, and as well as our clients.

Cons: Some "custom features" I feel should be included in the basic program. The essential needs for a company that books clients (payments, terms & conditions, cancellation policies) are guarded behind an unlock wall. The "Standard" Plan allows up to 8 custom features, which does not leave a lot of room for trying out the other cool features when you are using up all of your features for "basic features".

Overall: Helps keep track of bookings and interactions with clients.

Pros: Price, Options, simple to use and update, easy to get a hold of real people. I suggested they make a few changes and they did that as well.

Cons: That Its not free and the user interfaced being changeable would be a huge plus like getting to choose where the boxes go to make it more organic.

Overall: I didn't have to pay someone a thousand dollars a month to pick up the phone. I just would ask people to text me their info and i would text them the site and that was that.

Pros: I think the feature I like the most about SimplyBook.me is that clients can browse my website, look through the services on offer and then book an initial consultation with me with no hassle at all. I get notified, they automatically receive instructions on how they're going to connect when their appointment comes, and the whole process is painless. Having the system send out reminder emails to my clients is very handy too, and has cut down my 'did not attend' rate.

Cons: The software has so many features which add really useful functionality, my only gripe would be not having enough hours in my day to try them all out and see how they could improve the service I run! I have been using SimplyBook.me for over a year, and I'm still learning about all there is to offer.

Overall: Very easy to use

This scheduling app is so easy to integrate into your proprietary websites you will not need developers to add this app to your websites.

Pros: The system has a lot of functions that can enhance the online booking options, customer support is fast and any problems in my experience have bee quickly dealt with. As a start into online bookings it is a good system. Customer service is excellent.

Cons: the cost of adding some basic 'custom features' which I feel should be part of a basic package, I don't need the amount of bookings that are offered but could do with more features, but to add them is now getting expensive compered to other software systems out there. Also it has very very poor reporting features, and no way to know best customer ect. I feel that they could offer a better value package of more costumer features and less bookings.

Pros: compared to other solutions, there is lots of flexibility in adding options and also customizing to match your website, also i love the tech support which is usually immediately available via chat which is a big advantage

Cons: not everything is intuitive, i've had to ask tech support for instructions several times, but at least i got immediate help.

Overall: automated my scheduling of first appointments including payment and saved me alot of money on having to do a phone call first. since i can charge at the time of scheduling i offer a discount and patients have incentive to schedule immediately instead of timely phone calls. also existing patients can self schedule instead of trying to reach me.

Pros: Configurability, I´m in Brazil so was very important to be able to translate all the text and notifications to portuguese. Is the most complete software in its category so far, and I searched for a long time before choosing.

Cons: No support for local credit cards or payment methods. Lack of a user level that can create and remove bookins but is not a administrator. Add-ons and plugins are too expensive.

Pros: The software has lots of useful features and options. It can be used either as a stand-alone (customised) appointment booking webpage or it can be integrated into and existing company website. Customer support (via web chat) has also been responsive when I have had cause to use it.

Cons: It can take a bit of time to set it up in the way that works best for you. Some of the options are not fully intuitive so that it can take a bit of time and testing to get it to work in the way that you want.

Overall: My clients can book appointments and get immediate confirmation that the appointment has been booked. The reminders before the appointment are also useful. Synchronising with existing calendars is also invaluable .

Pros: I have used this software for close to 5 years and it's still simply the best in the industry for my needs. There are plenty of scheduling solutions out there but this platform is easy and flexible and consistent. I have never had a problem with implimentation and the developers are SO accessible that even if I did, they would be right on a solution. They are constantly adding value for the user and this value translates into satisfaction in our client's experience. Value for the cost is the best perk. You would be hard pressed to find another product that does as much for as little.

Cons: One limitation is the lack of a merge feature. Because users input their data anew, there is the potential to have multiple entries for the same client in the client database.

Never had any problems with SimplyBook happy it got a very simple booking opportunity

Cons: The prices and the short time for renewal kinda expensive.
I would like it worth for smaller companies and why not include the custom adds it is making it feel less attractive for use owner it's not a good way if you want to earn money for every little thing.

Pros: The instant integration with Google Calendar, and the flexibility. It was easy to set up and effortless to maintain.

Cons: Somehow, some people get confused by the UX and try to adjust for my time zone unnecessarily.

My only feature request: The ability to add a list of available appointment times directly into a Gmail email, so people could schedule from within my email.

Pros: Easy to use. Good for online scheduling. The customers support is quick and very helpful. The subscribe fee depends on how complicated version you need for your business. If you just need a very basic system without many extra features your subscription fee is low.

Cons: There were minor technical faults regarding my needs, it took to long time for them to fix it, but it works.

Pros: I love the fact I get a custom URL to send my clients to. The tight integration with Google calendar is a huge time saver. The reviews tool is awesome because they encourage reviews after a meeting and give me a dedicated page for reviews SimplyBook.me also maintains an exportable database of client contact info (which has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion).

Cons: The software has so many features, it can be a little daunting to find what you need in the admin panel. For the most part, I've figured it out. I look forward seeing new themes made available. I would love to see integration with a reliable and cost-effective (or free) web conferencing tool or screen sharing client support tool.

Overall: SimplyBook.me allows me to manage my client appointments with ease. I keep regular 'visiting hours' open for clients, and as long as they book 24 hours in advance, I can plan my day around the times booked.

Pros: you can easily modify schedules and specific days and make modifications to services. If you're running a one day promo it is so easy to set up and customize to a specific technician and day.
Having reminders for both the service provider and clients is a great feature and setting the time of the reminder also helps as it eliminates those last minute cancellations.
Sending an automated link to clients after their service to complete a review is one of the better features ! It eliminates having to remember to follow up when your schedule is busy and it completes the service. These reviews can also be used to further promote your business. Seeing the calendar in different views whether by tech per week day or month allows you to see company performance easily and also compare to other months and previous year I am one of the Franchises and we have over 40 now locates across Canada and now overseas. Many of our other Franchises were looking for a simple online booking system and I've told them about your site. It would be nice to see all of Tan on the Run use this site to streamline our bookings.

Cons: there is not much negative to say about the software. initially when you set up you get to try all features but when it's new and you're not getting a lot of traffic at first it's hard to try them all so i would only suggest that maybe after 6 months when a client sets up and has really understood and had time to really try out the software to offer this later as well. I understand as a business it might not be possible but I think I would have been more inclined to get a couple extra features to see what works.
I did try the promotion feature and found it really difficult to manoeuvre and after several failed attempts and trials gave up. It was very limiting for the discount unless you've changed this. I liked that you could select specific clients to send to but other than that it didn't work for me.
Also trying to add a service from mobile doesn't work. I couldn't get the whole screen to hit `save.

Pros: From a user point-of-view, it is SUPER easy to use. It is both visual (as I configured each service provider to have a photo) as well as intuitive.
Something to consider is a theatre style booking, the kind they do for movies.

Cons: Some features are hard to find but with such an efficient help desk who answer questions in real time it makes the whole process very easy to use.
I would like to see you develop a theatre-style / movie booking template where users can choose a seat number and not a time. Administrators will then be able to configure their theatre space by number of rows and number of seats per row and your system will draw up a "plan" instead of the timetable schedule that you have now.

Overall: It automated a process in my school that would normally have been done manually. And since this is an online booking system, it takes out the human factor of parents coming to complain that they did not get an appropriate booking slot.

Pros: I like the fact that I have been able to source a product that does exactly what I need it to do and then implement it all myself without needing tech advice.
My clients also seem to love the ease of it all!

Cons: I'd like to be able to customise it a bit more but that's it really, perhaps using my colour scheme through being able to choose the colour through my colour code.

Overall: Easily booking clients

Pros: Software is easy to use and can be easily customized to my needs. Clients like this and I like this, this can be even translated to my own language.

Cons: Some words are hard to translate to my own language and some of the features are quite hard to learn.

Overall: My clients can find me easily and can book anytime at anywhere

Pros: Every SimplyBook.me plan includes an unlimited number of service providers, services, and clients. Pricing is based on number of bookings and number of chosen custom features. This enables you to start using the service even if you are only starting out building your business, without restricting the way your business is structured.

Cons: I would love to see them add the Thai language. Also if they could provide integration with the Zoom video conferencing platform then that would be really great. Most of my students are Thai at the beginner level and also we use Zoom which is the best video conferencing platform just like Simplybook.me is the best.

Overall: It allows me to free up my time to do my teaching and follow up with students. No need to make scheduling in my time.

Pros: My clients like the ease of booking appointments with me. I also like the simplicity of the website and how I can offer various services. I don't need to know a lot about technology to get my site set up.... It is awesome value.

Cons: I wish it had landing page and product selling capability. (maybe it does? Haven't seen it yet). Thank you!

Overall: Ease and simplicity...I did not need to spend hours getting it set up.

Pros: I like that is easy to use in the changes, in changing the non working days and to be with me economically in the beginning of my work. It is not easy that the old people uses booking on line and I am grateful to easybook in its economic rate

Cons: Perhaps that it is not in my lenguage at all, specially in the comunications with the clients. Only 50% knows english

Pros: It is a system very easy to use and for free. Also you have many plugins to choose and you can upgrade your plan if you want.

Cons: I would like they have at least a two languages version or an option translate, in HTML code to integrate it in my webpage

Overall: I find all that I was looking for with this sowfare

Pros: Fairly easy to use.. Like any new techy app it takes a little bit to get used to. Figuring out where things are etc. I use the free version- I have a service business, most clients are repeat customers and have my direct email. This way your email address does not need to out in the open for the spammers tio get.

Cons: If you use the free version, the support is via email and may take a day or 2 for reply. Time zone thing. You will need to purchase credits- they are very inexpensive. Credit let the system text customer reminders of their appointment.

Pros: I love that I can have more than 1 appointment type even on the free version. The personal booking site is also customizable with my brand colors. It's a great system.

Cons: The learning curve for how to set it all up was a bit steep, but once you figure it out it's simple.

Pros: I've used the free feature for a year now. I have a small consulting business and it works perfectly for my client load. I only have to "renew" every month, free of charge. I highly recommend Simplybook.me to any startup.

Cons: Because I use the free version, I can't book from my mobile device. The upgrade is affordable so once my business is ready for the next level I will get this feature.

Pros: Ease of use, functionality, and price. I use the free subscription, and I have to say that there is no site that offers any service near this, for free. I highly recommend this to small businesses that need a free booking site.

Overall: It allows my clients to book appointments with me and leave deposits, without them having to make a special trip to the shop to make the deposit.

Pros: the email confirmations and its easy to use. you can customise the look and choose your color schemes. you can set up payment features so they pay as they book

Cons: that it doesnt just show your available time. it shows the whole day in grey. that can be confusing to clients trying to book.

Overall: outsourcing and it frees up SO much time now that this takes care of the booking, description of services, and payment. I spend less time repeating myself and wasting hours a day so I can focus on my business and clients more.
