I am looking to set up my booking system for my company. Pros I really like that I have the ability to send text message. I also like the tech support I get from Simply book me. Cons So far, initially it's a bit challenging to navigate how to use the system but once I understand, the features are good. It does the job. Pros We've been using Simplybook.me for a year. Its time to renew and having checked out other booking sites, we will stay with them. They are slightly more expensive but offer so much more. Being a computer illiterate I regularly run into trouble when changing the site and services / prices we're offering but the real time chat is excellent. Not once have I been left hanging or without the solution I need. Cons Unfortunately you have to use the live chat facility when making contact. While power users may face a learning curve and increasing costs as they grow, the platform delivers solid functionality and professionalism when properly set up. Pros I loved the professional tools that were available to manage our clients. The system was highly customizable made it easy for clients to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments on their own. The fact that we now had Automated email and SMS reminders help reduce no-shows was amazing. Cons Design customization is somewhat limited without workarounds. some of its more advanced features come with a learning curve and require time to fully configure. I was able to set up most of the system on my own thanks to its clear and user-friendly interface. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something, I could either use the built-in AI search tool—which pulls information directly from their materials—or contact live support. Both options were extremely helpful, and everything was successfully configured in the end. Ironically, the most challenging part of the setup was connecting the payment gateway, since Stripe’s process is quite confusing. However, that’s more of a Stripe issue than SimplyBook.me’s. We actually use SimplyBook.me for organizing a two-day event, not for running a business, and it still provides everything we need. It’s flexible, intuitive, and works perfectly for our purposes. Overall, SimplyBook.me has fully met my expectations, and the price-to-performance ratio is excellent. I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use booking system. Pros Exceptional value for money calendar scheduling. Very flexible, integrates with Google, Microsoft and Apple. Excellent customer support. Cons Setup might require a bit of investment in terms of a learning curve, but this is not unexpected or even a major complaint — I fully expect those with multiple calendars will have to do some work.
