Good value price, Available API Lot of good functionalities. A lot of reports. Quick support team response.

Cons

Lack of languages. Consistent name in API (for Services, providers etc). API sometimes unstable. Views in admin panel aren't suitable for coordinators. Auto topup of smses.

Our experience with Simplybook.me was a great one, and it was a major player in our determining a game plan on moving all our scheduling systems online.

Pros

Simplybook.me was a great service around the board, when our organization decided to move some scheduling systems online. The thing I liked most was the cost effectiveness that of the service, which enabled us to try the service out and make an informed decision as to whether or not online scheduling was the right fit for us.

Cons

Although customer support was quick and always able to correct any issues we experienced, the thing I liked the least was having to contact customer support. A lot of times, the grammar in support emails and chat was so poor that it required several attempts to understand what they were trying to say.

Sorry, I had to rate Customer Support and Features&Functionality with 4 stars - I never really needed them, so I have no idea how good they are. But the fact that a system works fine without the need to contact Customer Support is really a good thing :)

Pros

It is simple. The Emails to my practice and to patients remind the registration. The Special Days function keeps the open times management easy. I have 2 nurses and some temporary stuff from time to time - the instruction how to use SimplyBook has never taken more than 5 minutes.

Before simplybook.me we did all the scheduling manually. So now we're saving a lot of time.

Pros

I find many tools that are very helpful for my business. They have videos explain how to configurate it, and when I need a extra help I could arrange a meeting with someone from support on my owe language.

Cons

Sometimes the software it's slow. And I didn't like to need my provider's e-mail access so I can sync their calendars.

The other similar platforms only offer a "short term solution " to help you out with bookings online. If yoy really want to use the booking site as a tool to expand your business it can not look lkme an office calendar. Simply book me offer the most competitjve package, many options that help adapt to your business and is easy to set up and use

Cons

It could offer some more features that would help solve very practical issues for ex options to have different prices for different number of people. Also the it should solve the issue of the website address "ending" it is not possible to be in greece and say "it is normal" to have a .it

Pros

Super simple sign-ups and free 50 appointments are the best for professional appointments. I was looking for all in one appointment solution that's take care of all my time and client management needs. Simplybook does that really smoothly. join with Google and start customizing, within 2 hours it is ready. And I never felt like something is missing. Everything is well documented and the menu is well organized. I just added paid extension as customization and that's it. Simple easy and quick to set up. Directly listening is kind of confusing, but it's there. Unlimited staff and booking via facebook page are the best things that I am looking forward to.

Cons

Really didn't find enough but no Indian language is translated which is a small problem when working locally. But it can overcome by using live chat.

Overall the money has been worth it Having the ability to book online has really been a boon for our business and I love the fact that I dont have to try and figure anything out with the software I can just hit up their customer service team and get a quick answer to my questions.

Pros

You can always get hold of a live human being (via there chart software) to answer questions in real time and if you catch them when they are closed they are quick to get back to you once they are open for business. The software interface and dashboard is simple to use which I like. It comes with a very basic package that you build ontop of whatever features you would like so you just pay for the features that you want.

Cons

It's strength is also it weakness. You build it piecemeal which means you pay for each additional feature you want.

Pros

The calendar is really easier to use than it is with all the similar appointement scheduling softwares. It provides a clear and modern page for your customer.

Cons

It lakes many features for my personal buisness: \_Not compatible with french summer hour \_Online help not very friendly \_No differences between new and old patients which is a big issue for medical supplies (appointements could be restricted to particular patients ) \_Cancellation for paid appointements is not automacally refunded by the customer \_ No way to ask for paiements to clients when you give by yourself the appointement on simplybookme.

Regarding your comments then I will try to answer each one here: 1. Time change: It should always work correctly, if you book at 14:00 on Saturday for Monday and time changes on Sunday, the booking will stay at 14:00 for Monday. 2. Online help: We usually get great feedback on our Live Chat and I looked at your chat and could not see that she was unfriendly, please send me an e mail and let me know if otherwise. 3. You can solve this by creating a specific service which only members could book (old patients) and not new patients. 4. You are right that would be great to have the refund automatic, but since our clients are using so many different payment providers this has not been done yet. 5. I would not stay with simplybook.me, it felt a bit too complicated and not as smooth and integrated as I needed but when you are starting with booking a system overall it is not too bad

Pros

There was a free trial which is always nice to be able to test a system and see if it fits you. Overall I was able to find most of the settings I needed but not all I needed to ask for support for help with some.

Cons

A bit too complicated trying to find all the necessary settings and set reminders and notifications, takes a while to set up as well, and some things felt unnecessary to add. With this quality of product, I would say the price should be lower but it was still overall ok and functional.

I did reach out to customer service to ask if there was any help for our company (who does deliveries) to schedule days versus a time. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous. He suggested using the all-day allotment, which would work ok, however, to keep customers from getting confused, was not what I was able to use.

Pros

I was looking for a program that I could embed to our website and allow customers to schedule delivery appointments with us. This program was easy to use and very clean looking. I loved the look on our website, and that it would send confirmations to our customers.

Cons

Our delivery business is based off appointment days and not specific times. Where instead of dedicating a specific time we set a certain time frame. This is app, being great for specific timed appointments, is limited to those who need customers to set a specific day. You have to set an appointment to an all day slot which can be confusing to the customers. Would be a great app for a hairstylist, nail salon, etc.

### "Great Product, But Customer Support was not very Supportive"

Over all I would have to say it's been a pretty good experience, learning curve aside. The only major issue I've had is that when purchasing after my free trial I chose the monthly payment option and was instead charged the price for a full year! Not only that, but I sent several messages and emails to support beginning immediately after as I reallized I did not get charged for the option I chose but about $100 more than that in one sitting. I never heard back from support, still haven't. So that being said I probably won't renew my subscription next year.

Pros

I like how easy it was to use after a lot of trial and error. For instance the Automatic Intro Survey was sort of a beast to set up, but now that it's done it's easy to use, format and customize.

Cons

Everything is hard to find until you spend about a week setting it all up. It's not a very intuitive platform really, things aren't where you think they would be, nor do certain buttons lead to where you would assume they would. It just takes time.

Reason for choosing SimplyBook.me

Simply has more of the features I'm looking for included in their basic level price plan. And it's easier to work with international clients via Simply.

### "Book AND optimize!"

Smart and effective.

Pros

Simply Book has the ability to integrate onto your website with a few easy pieces of coding. It also has Booking Troll which is a directory that is powered by them so that is great for search engine optimization (SEO). Not only have they created a great software but they are also smart enough to create a directory as well. Super smart!

Cons

It needs to be more responsive. I don't like how it looks on Smart devices. I had to remove it off my site temporarily for this reason.

It's very basic.

Pros

It's super easy to use for the customer .

Cons

There needs to be more formulas available. For example, we start operating at 6pm at night. We operate via bookings only. There should be the ability to Implement a cut off time to create a booking. But there's not. People can create bookings right up till the booking time. Therefore we can't manage our required resource.

I am sports volunteer, in my spare time outside of work I manage dragon boat training. For years 17 teams book boats for reoccuring training via a form which I would enter manually to our calendar along with any changes over 6 month training period. It was never accurate and took hours each week. Simplybook.me has saved my sanity and time so now I focus on coaching.

Pros

I use the reoccuring appointments for my teams to book training for the summer. I find the support at Simplybook.me incredibly responsive .

Cons

It is a really good app so there isn't much to not like.

Pros

My clients say it's easy to use. It syncs with my Google Calendar. It can be embedded on my website.

Cons

When I choose to have the time in my client's time zone, the time goes crazy and it causes problems with bookings. Doesn't allow you to have prices in different currencies or accepts Visa for payments.

You could contact our live help to check this out with you. As for prices, you can select any currency in the world, but your clients can not select between currencies. Which cards can be accepted depends on which credit card processor you choose, but in our system, you have the choice to select between tens of provider who accept Visa credit cards, just contact our Live Chat and they will help you through it.
