Pros

Cons

Pros

Ich nutze SimplyBook nun seit einem Jahr und bin nach wie vor absolut begeistert. Die Bedienung ist unkompliziert, fast schon intuitiv, und wenn doch einmal etwas unklar ist, helfen die verständlichen Videoanleitungen sofort weiter. Besonders praktisch finde ich das modulare Add‑on‑System: Man bucht nur die Funktionen dazu, die man wirklich braucht, statt für ein überladenes Gesamtpaket zu zahlen. Für mein Kleingewerbe ist das ideal. Die Buchungsoberfläche ist übersichtlich Ein weiteres Highlight ist die integrierte kleine Buchungs‑Homepage, die sich sogar mit Google verbinden lässt. Für ein kleines Unternehmen ist das ein echter Mehrwert.

Cons

Einzige id das der Support in englischer Sprache geht, aber mit weitern Tools heute zutage kann man sich gut weiterhelfen

I got used to it. Initially we had lot of trouble mainly due to number of fields required. It should allow to work offline also.

Pros

Organize bookings and allow client to book on their own. Dashboard and calendar views are great. Cost is reasonable.

Cons

Loses data for integration with other CRM tools. Number of required fields can be optimized. Don’t ask same question again. Users should not have to type their name and such twice.

Mijn algemene ervaring met SimplyBook.me is positief. Het systeem helpt om afspraken professioneel te beheren en geeft klanten een moderne, gebruiksvriendelijke manier om online te boeken. Automatische bevestigingen en herinneringen zorgen voor minder no-shows en minder administratief werk. Na de eerste configuratie loopt alles vrij vlot en merk je duidelijk tijdswinst. Het is een degelijke oplossing voor zelfstandigen en kmo’s die hun afsprakenproces willen structureren en automatiseren.

Pros

SimplyBook.me is gebruiksvriendelijk en relatief snel op te zetten, ook zonder technische achtergrond. Het systeem biedt veel functionaliteiten zoals online betalingen, automatische herinneringen en integraties met agenda’s en sociale media. Vooral de mogelijkheid om afspraken 24/7 online te laten boeken bespaart veel tijd en vermindert heen-en-weer communicatie met klanten. Daarnaast is het fijn dat je verschillende diensten, medewerkers en tijdschema’s flexibel kan instellen.

Cons

Omdat SimplyBook.me veel opties en uitbreidingen biedt, kan het in het begin wat overweldigend aanvoelen. Je moet even tijd investeren om alle instellingen goed te begrijpen en optimaal in te richten. Sommige functies zitten achter extra add-ons, waardoor je goed moet bekijken welk pakket het best bij je noden past. Het is dus geen “plug-and-play in vijf minuten”-tool, maar eerder een systeem dat je best doordacht configureert.

### "Ok for services I guess"

The customer service is prompt and with small things, very helpful. I just spent over an hour to explain the above issue - not a user problem, but features not working. For the price I expect a smooth operation (setting everything up is very time consuming with many steps and cross referencing.. I trialled acuity, offering tree, momence, all in the same price ball park) so it is frustrating to run into those issues and then be told to send it to the developers as feedback. Duh, if they actually would have tried out the advertised features like a studio owner would use them, it would be obvious.

Pros

Great features (to have a functional booking system, forget the 'standard' plan, you will need the 'pro' one for sure) overall, great customer service. I like the idea of the scheduling app for providers as well as clients.

Cons

The provider app doesn't have enough functionality to really be useful (this seems to be an issue with all booking systems..) The main disappointment: The features don't work together, even if following the slightly convoluted instructions of roundabout ways from customer service. 2 way sync is pointless - if you're like me and that feature was a main driver to sign up, don't. Bookings for group sessions synced to the calendar create an 'external event' and therefore block further bookings for that time block. The system doesn't recognise it's own bookings. If you're a solo entrepreneur with a life who can't spend constant time on a laptop to block out times in your calendar AND the booking system, this unfortunately makes the whole thing obsolete.

Great system to start especially when you’re a small business with not too many requirements. Doesn’t the job well And integrates with google calendar.

Pros

SimplyBook is simple and I think that’s what I like the most about it. It has all you need when you are a small business or just starting booking. It’s free and it integrates easily (simple link works perfectly fine). A lot of customisation options, maybe even too many (as I designer its advantage for me but for some without basic knowledge about images sizes and colours it might be too much)

Cons

Some paid functions are quite expensive compared to other systems I tried. Also if you’re an average small business owner and have no clue about customisation, the amount of options might be too much.

Very easy to use, including all payment methods in the Scandinavian area, does what it should for an easy workflow

Nothing really, you might find the add-on a bit hard to understand, but once you start using the system, it all makes sense

Pros

Exceptional value for money calendar scheduling. Very flexible, integrates with Google, Microsoft and Apple. Excellent customer support.

Cons

Setup might require a bit of investment in terms of a learning curve, but this is not unexpected or even a major complaint — I fully expect those with multiple calendars will have to do some work.

I recommend it! Much more flexible than the alternatives, so many custom features, try it! Will probably like it.

Pros

The support. 24/7, quick to respond, on top of it, great hand shakes between the different assistants as they rotate, simply great.

Cons

I wish they had a feature to block reservations beyond X amount of reservations a day - but they are working on this feature!

It has been a positive experience, I have come to them with issues I need resolved quickly and they have answered all of them.

Pros

Prompt response times and helpful customer service. Although it is early on in the relationship they have built a level of trust with their help. They also don't nickel and dime you like other companies

Cons

Not super intuitive user interface but they have answered all my questions to help get me up to speed.

C'est une solution complète qui permet de gérer des réservations et de proposer un site et une application sans avoir besoin de connaissances en programmation. Les fonctionnalités sont riches et les templates sont nombreux.

Cons

La limite de 8 services dans la version standard est vite atteinte, dès lors qu'on veut proposer des fonctionnalités supplémentaires.

Saved me so much time and cost—I didn’t need to build my own booking system from scratch. It’s easy to use, looks professional

Cons

The limit of 8 custom features feels too restrictive. Many of the features are essential for running a professional service, and I often find myself needing more than 8. Increasing the limit to 12 or more would make a big difference for growing businesses like mine.

I Loved how easy and Quick in general it was to actually build and go live with the Page, it’s super simple and the New Age look makes it very adaptable to use and fit into any other designed webpage

I thought it was a bit sad that it wasn’t possible to create more pages or blogs, it’s a bit limited in creation — but provides a great booking service!

I have been using SimplyBook for a while now to schedule my meetings and it has been great so far. It is easy to setup, rarely goes down, is intuitive, and works. I highly recommend it for busy persons with a lot of meetings.

Pros

I like that it has its own app. A lot of booking website rely just on its website and connected calendars but SimplyBook gives app on paid plans so its easier to use it. I can also add time that I need to be ready for the next meeting; for example, I can make sure that no two people can book a meeting just next to each other. We can also run marketing campaigns directly from the website. There is also a free plan to test the service and decide if we want to go for the paid plan.

Cons

The custom features are limited. For instance, if I am on the $9 per month plan - I can only use 3 custom features. I wish they allowed many custom features to be used on all paid plans like other software.

Used for less than a year for a business which sells online courses. The tutor can set up a booking page where students can view available course slots, select a class, register online and pay. A good tool to book online courses, but it can be difficult to figure out which plan is right for you.

Pros

Good integration with Google Calendar and social networks. Automated notifications for users and availability of online payments.

Cons

Even some essential features are available only in most expensive plans. The learning curve can be complex for beginners.

### "A SIMPLE Solution!"

I've been really happy with Simplybook.me. It's a simple booking platform and what I was looking for. It also has most of the features I wanted.

Pros

Love how easy to use it is for me and my clients. It has automated my business so I can focus on teaching classes. Also compared to US-based companies it is sooo affordable and I love all of the custom features that are included especially the progressive web app (mobile app)

Cons

One feature I still need for my business is a waiting list per class right now it only has waiting list per day. Took a while to set up, but very helpful user guides / customer service when I did get stuck.

Reason for choosing SimplyBook.me

SimplyBook.me has a much better price for the features I wanted most. Also the other ones have higher per transaction fees whereas Simplybook is just the monthly and not a per transaction fee.

### "Adaptable for multiple uses"

I did a lot of research before choosing SimplyBook and I haven't found very many services that offer this much customization. Of course I'm greedy and want more through. I'm grateful this is available and would recommend it.

Pros

I like that I can use it as a reservation software for my unique business needs as a brewery. I like that you can build your own package with the features. I wish other companies did that more often.

Cons

I wish that there was more features tailored to reservations and private events. I also wish that the items we sell through the payment system could be labeled with categories that transfer to our POS system. There's a bit of a learning curve if you're using the software but it's worth the effort.

Reason for choosing SimplyBook.me

They are all super expensive and don't have enough flexibility for my business needs. I tried really hard to make them work and it was a waste of time. Simplybook could easily move in on this market and would do really well with brewery taprooms especially. We're stuck because we aren't a restaurant but people want to make reservations and book events. We also often need to schedule food trucks and there isn't a booking software for that available. Two markets in need of a software that suits them.

### "Best Quality for the Price"

I've been with SimplyBook for about a year and a half now, and unless a cheaper option with similar features and quality were to come along, I don't see myself changing. That being said, I have no loyalty under capitalism, so when and if such a service comes along, I will take them under consideration.

Pros

I really love the customizable features and that I can select the ones I need most depending on my plan.

Cons

I don't like that I can't over-book myself as an administrator, I think some of the options that you have to pay extra to use or choose as a feature are a little pedantic and could be included in the overall price, such as add-ons for services.

Acuity was too expensive for me as a solo practitioner; when I left my business to go it alone, I didn't need all the features of Acuity so they weren't worth paying for.
