Pros Easy to setup on administrative side, easy to use and keep track of clients. Cons Wish that the payment setup, they could pay credit card, PayPal, or Venmo and not only take to PayPal screen, it confuses a lot of people even though they have the option to use a card. Their support team has always been very responsive and helpful every time I've reached out (which has been quite a few times!). Overall, it does the job in a great way and I'm satisfied with the product. Cons Although it is user friendly, all of the options on the screen can feel overwhelming. There's a lot of words, images, videos, notifications, etc. that you have to sort through to find what you're looking for. Cons Authorize.net integration has glitches they're blaming on auth.net...but we have multiple online systems that use auth.net and none of the others have issues.
