Pros

I enjoyed the easy set up for my cleaning services. I can book my clients directly, and it sends them notices of the dates of my cleaning. It’s an excellent tool and value for the money.

Cons

I wish you could get more custom features for the regular plan.

Great! It has been a great product for us.

Pros

Easy to setup on administrative side, easy to use and keep track of clients.

Cons

Wish that the payment setup, they could pay credit card, PayPal, or Venmo and not only take to PayPal screen, it confuses a lot of people even though they have the option to use a card.

Pros

It's easy to use and manage. Their support team has always been very responsive and helpful every time I've reached out (which has been quite a few times!). Overall, it does the job in a great way and I'm satisfied with the product.

Cons

Although it is user friendly, all of the options on the screen can feel overwhelming. There's a lot of words, images, videos, notifications, etc. that you have to sort through to find what you're looking for.

### "Auth.net integration issues"

Ease of initial booking by clients & integration with Google calendar.

Cons

Authorize.net integration has glitches they're blaming on auth.net...but we have multiple online systems that use auth.net and none of the others have issues.

Pros

It was easy to setup a service and calendar. It seemed like the integrations were also easy to manage.

Cons

It was not clear that each choice of integration was extra cost. Once the trial ended, I was on the ultra plan with only 6 or 7 choices from the basic. Difficult to strip down to basic. Website was challenging to customize.

It was a bit tricking figuring out the booking start times when setting up the account but once we figured it out (with the help of support), it was smooth sailing.

Pros

The best thing we love about Simplebook.me is that once the site is setup, our customers can book any time they wish without a lot of follow up. It is essentially handsoff and we get notifications each time there is a reservation

Cons

I wish there was more customization that would allow different service locations book multiple services at a time, while automatically blocking off certain services

The features are a little tough to figure out, they aren’t explained very well, so you have to do trial and error to figure them out

Good as it highlights times and dates I am available and allows clients to book accordingly

Clients are unable to book multiple hours at a time and when I try to do so from my end it only charges them for one hour the site takes a while to load certain webpages especially the page that shows dates, times and services to be booked
