Pros A good app and software to assist with the booking of rooms for my co-working space. It takes less time to manage and the clients are not waiting on us to do the bookings. Cons I would like to be able to block out time without marking the business as closed for that particular day. Would also like the calendar sync to pick up items place directly in my Google calendar and block out time in SimplyBook.me. I like being able to build my schedule the way I want it to be. Setting specific days and times without having to have a repeating schedule has been huge. Customer interface is clean and easy to use. Cons Some features were hard to navigate when I first signed up, but it has been a couple years and ease of use has improved greatly. Pros We were looking for a way to manage conference rooms for our agents and this was the simplest solution to implement and use. We've had zero issues since we started using SimplyBook.me. Agents just scan the bar code we've printed on each door and they can book their 2 hour time slot, and we don't have to police them anymore. Cons I don't recall disliking any of the steps in the process to set this up. or it's use. Customer service was always quick and responsive. I still haven't quite figured out some things that I would like such as having a website and blog and email automation yet. I hope to do that soon.
