We used this platform for scheduling staff for years and we will probably still use this app for many more years to come. I hope they will make some improvements but over the years I haven't seen many.

Pros

I do like that it gets the job done and for the price we can not complain. It is some what simple to use compared to other scheduling apps.

Cons

I don't like that it seems too simple and could have some sections improved upon, like the employee time off request.

The price and the simplicity of the product is why we went with this platform.

Pros

It's easy to use for scheduling, new employees pick it up.

Cons

If you get logged out for inactivity, the next person can just hit the back button to see your schedule. Also, it's ridiculously easy to go into the HTML to view your coworker's schedules (even if you dont have permission!). They definitely know about this bug because their workaround is to disable right clicking. If an actual hacker got into their ecosystem, they could probably find tons more exploits.

Our staff loves the service. It is sure easy for anyone to use no matter what your level of technology skill is.

Pros

Very user friendly. Great service to communicate our staffs schedule each week. We are able to send mass messages to the staff all at one time.

Cons

The app sometimes glitches out. Have had to delete the app and re-download it multiple times. Once I download it again it works great!

Scheduling for our team is fly by the seat of your pants and changes minute by minute and this product allows us to do that and to communicate it to our employees

Pros

This software has allowed all of my employees to see, post and request for theirs and other employees scheduling. this has made our team much more efficient and has lowered our end cost to the customers by tracking our fleet.

Cons

The only real con to this software is that there isn't a "time clock" function. That addition would allow for accounting to process better charging and payroll.
