I hope they will make some improvements but over the years I haven't seen many. Pros I do like that it gets the job done and for the price we can not complain. It is some what simple to use compared to other scheduling apps. Cons I don't like that it seems too simple and could have some sections improved upon, like the employee time off request. Cons If you get logged out for inactivity, the next person can just hit the back button to see your schedule. Also, it's ridiculously easy to go into the HTML to view your coworker's schedules (even if you dont have permission!). They definitely know about this bug because their workaround is to disable right clicking. If an actual hacker got into their ecosystem, they could probably find tons more exploits. It is sure easy for anyone to use no matter what your level of technology skill is. Pros Very user friendly. Great service to communicate our staffs schedule each week. We are able to send mass messages to the staff all at one time. Cons The app sometimes glitches out. Have had to delete the app and re-download it multiple times. Cons The only real con to this software is that there isn't a "time clock" function. That addition would allow for accounting to process better charging and payroll.
