We rlly love it and have a good overview about our devices. Pros Its a simple Product which needs no training. You can easily set it up and configure what you need. Its easy to add new device via web. You can deploy Apps form Apple Business and can remotely install them on the iPad´s. If you need to change the Wifi Password, you can just add the new Password in jamf now and distribute it to all devices which need it. You see all your Devices in one Dashboard, see when they last connected to jamf and what iOS Version is installed atm. You see the Device generation and you can creat Blueprints for specific devices. Cons The new Price is a bit high for what you can get when you look at jamf pro and the price of jamf pro. There you can get more and it has the same price. Now it's beyond terrible. They have junior untrained people working at Jamf Now. And that is if you can even get ahold of them. If you do chances are they cannot help and will need to create a ticket which can take days to get an email from someone if they contact you at all..... It has become a joke. Pros I liked that the platform was pretty easy to use. However, the biggest reason I went with them is that they always answered the phone and a tech would help. Cons The customer support no longer exists with Jamf Now. They do not answer the phone and have split up their team so you need to call Jamf pro which is where they sent anyone with knowledge. When they answer they will not help you since they are not with Jamf now. so basically you are on your own..... Pros We liked how we can control, manage and update software in our devices, this way we could keep everything updated and secure. Cons There are some limitations that we have been having with Jamf Now that are available in its upgraded version of JamfPro, we think they could add more features. Also, there’s a lot of times that Jamf is being slow and doesn’t sync right away. Wish you could track phones without putting them In lost mode.
