"Used to be really good now you cant get thought for support they dont keep up with microsoft updates"

**Overall:** It started great. Now it's beyond terrible. They have junior untrained people working at Jamf Now. And that is if you can even get ahold of them. If you do chances are they cannot help and will need to create a ticket which can take days to get an email from someone if they contact you at all..... It has become a joke.

**Pros:** I liked that the platform was pretty easy to use. However, the biggest reason I went with them is that they always answered the phone and a tech would help.

**Cons:** The customer support no longer exists with Jamf Now. They do not answer the phone and have split up their team so you need to call Jamf pro which is where they sent anyone with knowledge. When they answer they will not help you since they are not with Jamf now. so basically you are on your own.....
