"It was a good change for our business"

**Overall:** Our overall experience with Stax has been great and we're glad we made the switch from our previous platform.

**Pros:** We switch to Stax almost a year ago and we're very happy with the platform. It is easy to set up customer's accounts, payment processing and transfers are done in a timely manner.

**Cons:** Sometimes it can take a little while to get in touch with a customer service representative.Eventhoug you can use the chat app, sometimes you need to talk to someone over the phone.
