Pros: This product has it all. We have over 2000 customers with about 35 staff members using the software on a daily basis. We process about 500-600 tickets / month.

H2Desk has great customer service.

Very affordable.

Cloud solution.

Email import capability.

Cons: The software is not real mature in my opinion. The article creation is buggy and the reporting is not great.

Overall: Overall for the price, H2Desk is a very nice solution.
