Collectively, we’ve worked with quite a few programs and Moverbase offers the most hands down. Pros Moverbase manages our whole operation start to finish. The features we love most are the client interface which allows the client to quickly get a quote from our website and then keep track of their quote with a link. This saves our sales team a lot of time and makes the process very easy for the client. The operations interface is great too. Every employee has a login to see their schedule for the next day and to see their work history. The reporting is also great. Moverbase keeps track of all commissions, referrals, contractors, sales performance, and revenue. They also have a app for easy booking onsite or for reference in the field. Customer Service has also been reliably responsive and considerate. Cons We have no complaints. They’re always upgrading and either adding new features or finding ways to improve the current features. Cons I have no complaints about the site, everything has seemed excellent to me so far, I will continue to use the service for a long time.
