I am happy we are able to give our customers quick quotes and take payments in an efficient matter. I also like the CrewApp. Everything necessary to run the operation is right there in the system

Pros

What I liked most about Smart Move is how information is simple and not time consuming to use. I also like how we can personalize it to our needs and the services we offer.I also received consistently OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from \[sensitive content hidden\] Implementation Consultant! She is an absolute gem. We wanted to keep her as the Customer Success Manager after we graduated.

Cons

I wish all previous client were able to be easily uploaded in SmartMove.

Overall I am happy with the system because it is very useful with the day to day operations.

Pros

The customer service piece did it for me! \[sensitive content hidden\] held our hands every step of the way. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very knowledgeable, patient, and prompt in all the correspondences. We cannot sing her praises enough. Whenever frustrated in getting acclimated on the new system; she was a phone call or email away. The ease of using the product with her guidance kept us not searching for another. Simple, direct, and user friendly product.

Cons

Unable to integrate existing customer information from our previous CRM fast and efficiently.
