Comments: InterviewStream is a bare-bones interview software. I used it for about 6 months and used it to conduct over 800 interviews. The user-interface is probably the worst part about the site. On the surface, it looks okay, but many of the features make it impossible to use efficiently. You have to "name" links, but cannot access those same links at a later date. Filters you apply cannot be re-accessed. Also, you can't even filter for people who have completed an interview! Candidate interviews cannot be opened in new tabs (it's a small thing, but oddly frustrating). The dashboard cannot be customized and half of the pre-built reports are useless.

If you conduct between 10 and 50 interviews a month (and it's your job to manage those interviews), InterviewStream might be okay. But it was simply not built to do interviews en masse.
