Pros The user experience of adding locations and editing items on the map is easy. Cons When Google makes updates I needed to reach out to customer support to fix the integration, but they were quick to respond and resolve the matter. We're having fun, being challenged, and making a difference. Bottom line, we need a store locator map for our growing organic ice cream business. StoreMapper is a GREAT way for potential customers to find our inconceivably delicious ice cream. We couldn't ask for better customer service and a competent product - and highly recommend this location tool for anyone needing a store locator for a website. Pros While we have not fully deployed the software for our customer as yet, the time spent with Customer Support to answer questions has been exemplary. They have been very thorough and response to our questions. I am hopeful that the client will have the same experience once the software is deployed and live on their site. Cons While not applicable to the specific instance I contacted support about, it would be in other instances so I feel it would be good to bring this up. There may be scenarios where there is a need for two maps on one site on two different pages of the site. One for US locations where categorization of store type is needed, and one for Canada or International stores. My understanding is that to have them both in one account vs. signing up for two separate accounts would mean elimination of categorization. When I was having difficulty updating the Google API, Iris from Storemapper not only helped me promptly, she fixed a display problem on my website that I didn't even know could be fixed. December 19, 2017 4.0 Pros Easy to both set up and for our customers to use. Search parameters are clear and the resulting stores found are well laid out for our customers. I also like that I can allow a search by Postal Code only. Cons Their "powerful suite of analytics" only allows you to see very basic information.
