### "Seismic for a new Outside Seller"

Overall Seismic has allowed me to more readily consume internal facing content and share external content more effectively. It enables greater insight into how my customers interact with what I'm sharing.

Pros

The feature that differentiates Seismic from other internal document databases is the "LiveSend" function. You're able to track usage by time and section of documents that you send to your customers. This helps to refine and focus your sales messaging and check whether your materials are actually being used. Very helpful as an outside seller.

Cons

The search engine can sometimes be finicky and make it difficult to find what you're looking for. My internal Sales Enablement organization has been internally organizing the documents which makes it quite a bit easier.

Seismic enables our business to reach those who are most impacted by our products and give us easy access to deliver information, either when they need it through the search function, or proactively as we push or suggest information for them to review.

Cons

The SSO option was difficult to get operational but I believe we have that sorted out now.

Pros

Generally easy to use once you get the hang of it, great community for support, ability to suggest new features, great CSM.

Cons

Google integration is not the best, lots of little quirks and glitches as they pertain to Google. (Eg. can only connect 1 google account to sync files unless you're on TeamDrive which our org is not - check your integrations with an AE before purchasing), backend is not always intuitive - get assistant with the initial setup. Search doesn't index over a certain sized file and many of our files exceed the limit making the search less effective.

Pros

\-Saves our client-facing teams a ton of time since they don't have to build the decks for their client calls. -Ensures consistency in our brand and the goals for the Customer Success department. -Our reps can get a preview of the content they're building as they customize - our product changes fast, so being able to preview what they're adding is huge. -Great customization -Excellent technical support!

Cons

\-I used a Mac computer, but I have to keep a PC to manage LiveDocs (via PowerPoint) on the backend. This is really painful. -Would love to see them support content management in Google Slides and export to GSlides for our end users.

Pros

I enjoy the accessibility of this software! It is great to find about any article within technology and provides great examples. Also, it is great it has different sizes of information from quick facts on PDFs to Full PowerPoints that provide great details.

Cons

No issues with this product, very accessible.

Love it when I can find what I am looking for. I use it for all of my customers sales docs. Helps me prepare a presentation focusing on the key topics I want to share with customer.

Pros

Provides important info and content in an easy access tool. Emailing capability and the ability to track when you email info to customers.

Cons

The search is difficult. Have to be very specific or it will bring everything with a specific search word up rather than focused branded docs. Many times the email sent out are blocked by receivers email security. Often kicking email to spam.

My overall experience has been fantastic. I have had several customer questions come across my desk, and was able to find almost every single answer I needed in Seismic. Which prevents me from having to call other reps or company employees to find the answer. And has made my response time to customers very quick. I can say I have made sales using Seismic that I otherwise wouldn't have made if I didn't have quick access to product information. When customers call me with a question on a product i can easily access Seismic while on the phone and find an answer quickly.

Pros

This software is tremendous at organizing the vast amount of resources our company has to provide to reps and Doctors. Its very easy to navigate, and has been critical in getting up to speed for my accounts. My company sells thousands of products, so it would be impossible to be an expert on every one. But with Seismic I have been able to field several customer questions that I would not have otherwise been able to.

Cons

Maybe their could be a better tutorial on how to use the software, but with that said its very intuitive

Great experience, makes my job a lot easier makes it easy to share with collaborative peers.

Pros

Easy to Utilize, easy to figure out and training not needed. Very interactive and self explanatory. Can contain all information needed at a finger tip.

Cons

The only thing I could think about changing would be the functionality of live share. Additionally better search engine matching in document words.

Cons

The icons are not intuitive and aren't very clear so sometimes it's hard to navigate pictorial menus.

### "Our content is getting used more than ever!"

Our sales team is able to easily find the exact content they need for each step of the sales cycle. They don't need to dig around for it and they are confident that what they find in Seismic is up to date. Then once they send it, they can see how their prospects engage with it. Our marketing team is able to gauge usage and engagement to make longer term decisions about content strategy based on formats and topics that perform well.

Pros

I like that we're easily able to see what content is being used and how recipients are engaging with it.

Cons

From an admin perspective, it can be hard to customize the platform exactly as we want it. But the support team is always ready to step in when we need help.

Overall, I say this is a great product that made our jobs easier.

Pros

The ability to house almost all our documentation was a big win. Instead of going to a multiple of resources to find what you are looking for we could easily find them within Seismic. Getting the reports back from the emails we sent out of Seismic is another nice capability. It would let us know what all our customers have reviewed.

Cons

We ran into snags at first with sending out emails through Seimic as it would reflect incorrect information in regards to where the email came from to our customers.

Pros

Seismic is a great tool for our sales team, as it checks all of the boxes. Documents all in one place? Check. Knowing when the clients open the docs? Check. Easy tagging? Check. Working with sales teams can be difficult, but this makes it easy for them to find what they need and get on to the next task.

Cons

The only problem we have had is convincing the more stubborn members of the sales team to switch over from old school attachments. Most of them eventually buy in, once they see the data that is available, but old habits are hard to break.

Seismic completely streamlined our quarter-end and collateral production process. With all of our pieces now automated we are able to ensure consistent and quality data throughout our material. It has saved us countless hours of manually inputting data and double checking the work. We love that our sales team has one true source for their material now, rather than relying on the disorganized Shared drive. We have thoroughly enjoyed implementing it on all fronts of our business and look forward to how we can continually grow our usage of Seismic.

Pros

I love that Seismic integrates into easy to use tools such as PowerPoint and Word. It allows for virtually any user to become well versed in Seismic.

Cons

I wish that there where more reliable delivery options for our sales team. It seems as though bugs with the Outlook plugin are still being resolved.

Seismic makes content governance and organization extremely easy with intuitive controls to ensure the entire organization is aligned. Seismic is flexible enough to conform to existing processes in the organization, such as approval chains and asset owners but also adds to traditional enablement management with features like content tracking, insights, predictive content, custom asset creation, and more.

Cons

LiveDoc creation and editing is not compatible with MacOS.

Overall we have been able to save our sales people time by having a one stop shop for any data or assets they need. The sales force loves the mobile app because they can share information while they're in the field and on the go.

Pros

Easy to use and great resource for housing all sales content in one place

Difficult to customize articles because of the limited widgets available.

Pros

My favorite capability within Seismic is LiveSend. We haven't gone live with the platform in my side of the business at Anthem, but we are working towards it now. The Spring release delayed us because it didn't make sense to launch when the experience and interface would change. The overall effort and time to set up Seismic is definitely high. I attended the Seismic conference in November and am really excited for our sales team to realize some of the benefits that were talked about there eventually.

Cons

Setup is for sure the most difficult part. We also wish there was a better way to integrate with our current system at Anthem because everything is manual right now. It was a massive undertaking to get fit to go live and once we go live, we expect for it to still be pretty time consuming.

Very positive. Seismic is an essential part of our compliance program and is a great tool when you have associates on the road.

Pros

Compliance is a huge factor - Having materials become outdated is a regulatory risk that we simply cannot afford to have happen. Seismic's ability to staledate content when it expires is a wonderful feature that makes compliance a breeze.

Cons

The User Interface can sometimes lend to a choppy experience of clicking back and forth but that has come along way over the past few years.
