Good for templates, cheat sheets, crib-sheets, references, presentations and everything that doesn't need to be stored locally on a hard drive or is regularly updated by product teams. I also like the flexibility to configure it on the back end and the way it integrates with Salesforce and Outlook. This is more of a syntax issue of how the organization organizes their documents by product, but none the less becomes a burden.
