Overall, I was pleased with PracticePanther but we had to make a switch because its lack of document management and lack of a robust client portal made other options more attractive for us and our clients.

Pros

PracticePanther did an excellent job with its ease of use, customer support, and value for the money. It's interface from the perspective of the lawyer and staff user was exceptional.

Cons

I was not as pleased with the document management function. Because it was not integrated, it required a different system to share documents with clients. The billing function was also something with which many clients seemed to struggle. The client portal did not include a lot of the functionality we wanted for our clients.

Switched from

[Tabs](https://www.capterra.com/p/10033716/Tabs/)

At the time we made the switch, Tabs did not have a usable online function and its cost for entry was too high. Also, our local Tabs rep who was to help with it was very bad.

An efficient, yet advanced case management system, that is enough for any solo practitioner. Quality customer service.

Pros

Practice Panther utilizes a straightforward and easy to use interface. It's client onboarding and matter opening process is quick and easy. And, PP incorporates convenient solutions to its subscriptions, such as document signing, without the need to pay additional fees.

Cons

Although the interface is to the point, it does feel outdated. Some of the buttons and dropdown menus are a bit small.

PracticePanther is a powerful, all-in-one solution for legal practice management. It has significantly improved our efficiency with document management and client billing. It’s reliable and helps keep everything organized in a high-pressure environment.

Pros

The platform is excellent for keeping case files, documents, and contacts all in one place. It makes law firm management much more streamlined.

Cons

While the basics are easy, some of the deeper document automation tools take a little more time to set up and master.

Overall, my experience with PracticePanther Legal Software has been positive. It offers a well-structured platform for managing cases, tracking time, and organizing client information efficiently. The interface is user-friendly, and automation features help save time in daily operations. While there are minor areas for improvement, the software is reliable and enhances overall productivity.

Pros

PracticePanther is highly intuitive and easy to use, making case management and task tracking very efficient. I particularly liked its automation features, time tracking, and centralized client data, which help streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.

Cons

One drawback is that some advanced features can be a bit complex for new users, creating a learning curve initially. Additionally, occasional lag and limited customization in certain areas can impact the overall user experience.

Pros
