May 1, 2015 5.0 We used a time tracking system called tickspot but we decided that this was sluggish and slow and therefore have moved to paypanther. It helps us manage out clients and out time a lot more effectively. PayPanther allows us to set up individual projects for all our clients. This allows us to see exactly what we have spent our time on over the days, week and months that we work for a client. It also then allows us to report back to the client more effectively. Jotted down pieces of paper needed to create quotes, excel sheets, QuickBooks, and track projects. There was no real system for tracking invoices and there was a need to keep files in the cloud for back-up storage and on the go access. With PracticePanther's security features that blocks users from certain parts of the software, as well as their military standard of encryption, our firm is much more protected then using an internal server.
