July 16, 2019 3.0 Overall, PracticePanther may be good for some, but our firm did not decide to go with it. Pros The only thing we liked about the software was the ease of access. Cons Our firm didn't like the fact that you can't track daily amount billed. This is a big flaw that most, if not all, legal softwares face. Review Source MM Martin M. As the author indicated, by the time this review is written it is stale. PP updates their software regularly and continues to add features that have held me and are user guided. August 28, 2015 5.0 Before Paypanther we used an online system that did quote/invoices but didn't have a CRM feature to it. We were using excel to maintain our contact list (barf!) May 2, 2018 4.0 Pros The fact that I can sync and integrate other applications makes the service seem well-rounded. Plus the customer support from rep, was patient and spot on. He did a great job figuring out the calendar sync. Cons Probably the fact that the sync wasn't working the first time was a little annoying. Cons It could be even simpler and make suggestions as you go along - are you trying to do this, do that - multiple choice boxes. I hate IT! The quicker I'm in and out the better. June 6, 2017 5.0 Pros I like being able to automate my documents and set up templates so that clients can use an iPad to fill in intake forms and such.
