The experience has really facilitated my professional development and given me more professional clarity.The admin are quite efficient giving an overall great user experience. The site is also very secure, and the learning journey progresses in a upward trajectory. I highly recommend for anyone contemplating on how to fast track their professional development, it gives 101% value for your time and money. The people we worked with were not helpful, and again, there were not many product updates to the user interface. The entire user interface was not user friendly, we were locked into a 3 year contract with small useless improvements on Chronus side of the user interface, none of our employees used the platform because it was so bad. The email notifications was also a good initiative. Cons Video call issues sometimes. There were times that during the video meetings, even though you unmute yourself, others could not hear you. It's very easy and convenient to use. Cons Nothing! Maybe the meeting platform can be improved a bit, it felt too impersonal.
