One less thing to worry about with the simple design. Pros Simple to use in growing professional development and helps establish the implementation process. The program is an easy 5 stars making the mentorship program easy, simple almost no learning curve needed to get over. I would highly recommend this in any survey needed. The people we worked with were not helpful, and again, there were not many product updates to the user interface. The entire user interface was not user friendly, we were locked into a 3 year contract with small useless improvements on Chronus side of the user interface, none of our employees used the platform because it was so bad. I find it easy to navigate and like that I can keep my regular work tasks in a different place than my mentorship program tasks. Pros Gives an easy to navigate "Dashboard" view of tasks. Keeps information centralized and easy to access. Helps separate regular work tasks from mentorship tasks to minimize confusion. Cons Everything is great so far! This tool provides an easy way to engage and schedule, while having the flexibility to work out dates and times accordingly to our schedules. Pros The ease to locate the meeting points and hours that fit both schedules. You can also propose meeting dates and times and have a conversation. Cons In my opinion, the interface is still not as user intuitive. It is user friendly but making it a bit more intuitive would be good. The experience has really facilitated my professional development and given me more professional clarity.The admin are quite efficient giving an overall great user experience. The site is also very secure, and the learning journey progresses in a upward trajectory. I highly recommend for anyone contemplating on how to fast track their professional development, it gives 101% value for your time and money. Overall its a good interface and easy to use. Pros Its easy to access all the links related to different concepts/ topics related to the course. Easily co-ordinate with your Pod members and schedule meetings. Progress can be updated within the same interface and can be seen/ tracked at a single glance, and this all helps in planning and estimating your completion. Can be accessed on Mobile too. With minor changes to the filter, you can see the progress of your Pod members too. Cons Meetings scheduled are not synced with Teams in-time, and have to navigate using the link to navigate to browser and then redirect to Teams.
