So far, I am very pleased with the Chronus platform. I find it easy to navigate and like that I can keep my regular work tasks in a different place than my mentorship program tasks.

Pros

Gives an easy to navigate "Dashboard" view of tasks. Keeps information centralized and easy to access. Helps separate regular work tasks from mentorship tasks to minimize confusion.

Cons

Everything is great so far! I am fairly new to the platform, but setting up was easy, and so far has been easy to navigate.

Not great. The people we worked with were not helpful, and again, there were not many product updates to the user interface.

Pros

The matching algorithm is great - lots of customization

Cons

Everything else is terrible. The entire user interface was not user friendly, we were locked into a 3 year contract with small useless improvements on Chronus side of the user interface, none of our employees used the platform because it was so bad.

I only log on when I need to, not really a thing that I check on a regular basis on. It gets the job done.

Pros

How it was easy to stay in contact with my mentor. I was able to connect and schedule meetings with him.

Cons

It looks outdated. The site and app feels like I am in 2008, maybe you software developers need to modernize it just a little bit

Pros

Easy navigation, I enjoyed my experience especially the mentorship program, it was and still is a very rewarding experience. The experience has really facilitated my professional development and given me more professional clarity.The admin are quite efficient giving an overall great user experience. The site is also very secure, and the learning journey progresses in a upward trajectory. I highly recommend for anyone contemplating on how to fast track their professional development, it gives 101% value for your time and money.

Cons

It was a great experience overall but I believe the UI/UX can be made a little less unambiguous. Other than that, you're good to go

I love being able to connect both as a peer, mentee, and mentor with those all over the country! Networking is so important, and this is an amazing way to network regardless of distance.

Cons

I haven't used this long enough to have any particular cons to things I like least. I am still learning to navigate the platform, but so far it is pretty easy.

The overall experience it positive not too much feedback to be honest, great tool and allowed for myself to grow and develop as well as enhance my business acumen and further understand some corporate structure with things.

Pros

This has been a wonderful experience using Chronus for the mentoring program, to my knowledge one of the few sites where I do interact with Chronus, but has been a great tool and allowed for myself to grow and develop in using the mentor program. A lot of tools and resources.

Cons

With so many tools to be honest, if I weren't a tinker and a person that likes to click around, it seems like too many options potentially almost to the point where it could be overwhelming with how much can be done with the tool.

It was amazing! It's my first time using this platform but I'm very much impressed by how this works!

Pros

I loved how organized and well-planned out the structure and layout of the platform is. It's very easy and convenient to use.

Cons

Nothing! Maybe the meeting platform can be improved a bit, it felt too impersonal. It felt more like watching a youtube video :( however, it was convenient that I could pause the video, which prevents anyone from missing anything important.

Efficient and quick to pop on ang get tasks done. Would use where conversations are formal and needed to be kept track of.

Pros

Easy platform to navigate the essentials. Straightforward placement of inbox and outstanding tasks. Great layout.

Cons

Slightly outdated, no biggie. With Texting and email already existing, An app my make user more inclined although its a tough market to enter when communication is already available on so many platforms. Good for keeping organized and professional.

It provides the opportunity to connect with individuals that are doing what you are wanting the develop into. Also, it gives the opportunity to hear perspective that can aid in your development.

If you miss a deadline for task assigned between two people, you cannot go back and modify it.

Pros

Easily navigable and little learning curve.

I don't really have any complaints thus far, sometimes the program takes a little longer to load but I think that's mainly due to my personal computer.
