That's 200 mentees who might not have had an opportunity to find a mentor in the past. Pros I like that it's highly customizable. You can choose to turn on and off certain features at any point to ensure your program meets the needs of your organization. Cons So far, we've experienced quite a few hiccups with the HRIS integration. However, that could just be an issue associated with our HRIS.
