It's very efficient and I love how easy the team are to get hold of if I have any issues or questions. Plus they always take suggestions and feedback on board and actually implement our ideas to improve the system to our needs. Cons It is very expensive so I do have to justify paying for it over other software systems. I choose to pay for it as a luxury because I feel it really saves time and helps me but it is an expense I have to justify.
