The system is improved with user experience inputs. The team is available for engagements and will go above and beyond to support your project goals. Pros High-level understanding of the complexity of mentorship. Experts are involved, not run by developers. March 6, 2025 5.0 I researched a number of other platforms but couldn't find another one that compared with . I like the team. They have been very responsive to their needs. The platform was highly recommended by another agency and we even tested it with yet another agency and were very happy with what we saw which led to us acquiring it for our agency. Pros The ease of matching mentors and mentees and it creates great matches. The greatest benefit is how much time it saves. We're able to match mentors and mentees so much more quickly. The Wisdom Share team has also been personable and very responsive in every interaction. Overall, the program is an excellent value for the cost. Pros has significantly reduced the amount of time spent to complete matching for our formal annual mentoring program. The website allows for a customizable experience and the team is readily available to assist with questions and requests. As the needs of our program change, Wisdom Share has been willing to adjust and evolve where possible. Alumni Mentor Program Director Professional Training & Coaching Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Alumni Mentor Program for US Naval Academy" April 9, 2020 4.0 has always looked to provide support services and uses their mentoring experience to help us continuously improve our product. During some upgrades we have had to conduct significant user testing in order to catch and correct problems before going into production mode. However, their team has always responded quickly and without hesitation to make any needed fixes. Overall, they have always been very supportive and friendly in all interactions. Pros The software matching algorithms were flexible and provide a fast list of recommended mentors based on compatibility. We were able to establish the matching attributes that best fit our users and were weighted by our deciding which attributes most impacted the compatibility and goals of the users. Cons There were initially some communication limitations, but these have mostly been corrected/improved as the software as been upgraded over the last 6 years. The software vender continuously looks to provide new functionality which benefits the program users and administrators. Reason for choosing Wisdom Share provided the best matching process Most automated, and their software seemed the most robust available. Pros The criteria can easily be revised to fit different audiences. was selected for use by my Naval Academy alumni organization. When I needed a mentoring software I asked my USNA peers who they had chosen Wisdom Share. The reason I like to most is ease of use. Cons I've just started my pilot for my association, so I don't know what might be missing or difficult to use. I was very impressed how quickly we were able to modify the software to fit our association. They are knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and available. Pros One of the best features of is that you can customize it to meet your company’s exact needs. The customer service provided is first class, which make customization seamless and easy. Cons Some of the customization options can only be done for an additional fee, which can become costly, so companies working with smaller funds may not be able to customize everything as much as they would like.
