Pros ptEnhance helped me gain clients and build my rapport in the area. The features on the software are tremendous, from premade or custom templates, my clients enjoy them all! The education and video options are a great addition. Cons So far I have not encountered any issues and my clients have not notified me of any complaints they have. Pros Ease of use I like the programming format better than other similar software options that I've tried. Amazing customer service. Anytime that I've experienced a glitch or a have a question, they've resolved it very quickly. Cons Technique videos are dated and a few show poor technique. The written instructions that come along with the video are poor and often difficult for my clients to understand. I use mostly exercise description videos that I've filmed and uploaded myself. No integration with social media. Other platforms I've seen have Facebook integrations that allow clients to share updates an milestones. This would be great to help with promotion and social proof. It has everything a fitness owner needs to be successful both online and offline. Pros I use it for all phases of my fitness business. It allows me to run a membership site which helps me organize and deliver elite nutritional and fitness programs to both my online and offline clients. It contains an e Commerce area for all your packages, products etc. It also has a great schedule tracker. You develop your client's fitness programs based on their needs. Clients log into the site and see their programs in real time. Everything is waiting for them inside the site. They access their exercise and nutrition programs and have the option to print it off or use their cell phone to access their program in the gym. You are the master of everything - hundreds of exercises videos to pick from and you also have the ability to upload your own. Cons This software has no flaws. I have used it for many years with nothing but ease. It is one of a kind in the industry. Pros I most like the templates that come with the site. Or, perhaps, the messages that are assignable. Online questionnaires are also pretty fantastic. Cons The calendar periodization software is a pain to work via mobile. Also, when assigning programs on handheld devices, the select start date calendar jumps all over the page and can be a giant pain to assign with.
