It also very easy to track. Cons There are no integrations with sales force at the level that we currently have. It would be great if the integration were automatic, irregardless of your package. Pros I like that our recipients can submit all of their information on-line Cons There are some features that are less intuitive, written explanations or support features for evaluators would be useful. It has been a very beneficial tool in keeping all the applicants and their materials in order. Pros What I like most about Smarter Select is its ease of use! As someone with minimal experience using this type of programming, I found it pretty user friendly. Great software! Cons We sometimes have issues creating reviewers sometimes - they don't receive the setup email. We also have an issue with the system being slow when we have 1000+ applications. " November 16, 2017 5.0 Pros The ease of use. I find it very easy to alter and create new applications. The customer service team is great and always answers my questions in a timely manner. My review committee has nothing but good things to say about the program. It has made our review process so much easier, quicker and efficient. Cons I do not have any bad reviews about Smarter Select. The only thing that is a complaint is that sometimes the formatting comes across strange, just like spacing in between questions and such. Pros It's very time saving and I don't have people calling to ask if their application is complete. Our application rate went up by 80 the first year! Cons It's not the most user friendly and intuitive when it comes to creating applications. Running reports is more challenging than it should be and customer support isn't always immediately available. The language of the software does not seem very intuitive- a program being like a cover sheet of an application, the form being the actual application but "form" not being listed in a way that makes it seem like it's a part of the editing process.
