He responds to emails so quickly so I can tell we aren't just a small company that gets thrown to the wayside. He is clearly there to help make our experience great. Pros I loved that it is very affordable. Most platforms are designed with universities and large schools in mind. However, Embark targets those schools plus has smaller levels that fit the budget of schools with less than 100 students. Cons Don't really have any issues yet. They have been more than helpful. Cons Embark truly is fantastic, and I can't identify a single con about Embark. Any issues we've had with implementation has been quickly fixed by their engineering team. Cons The system doesn't have email reminders for a particular group of users (no main users), and I learned they are already working on that.
