" May 8, 2017 3.0 Pros The setup of campaigns comes pretty user-friendly. I'm happy with that aspect of the software and the responsiveness of the team. Cons We had a negative experience with a campaign we ran that had some fraudulent voting that apparently is more likely to occur with the vote totals displayed. We were not warned that this could be more likely to create fraudulent votes in the setup stages prior to the contest launch. After the voting fraud took place, we were then informed that this is one thing that can happen when vote totals are displayed. This has left us with a bit of hesitancy and lack of trust for using the software. We would like to clarify, however, that what you experienced was not a bug in our system that resulted in fraudulent voting activity. We tend to see that when votes are displayed, people become more inclined to try and find ways to \`game the system¿ and increase the vote counts on their entries. However, please rest assured that even if people try to do this, our system is equipped with anti-fraud measures such as IP address detection, timestamps, and email collection, to protect the integrity of all campaigns. Pros The software is incredible, we ran it on our social media pages like Facebook and Twitter and the feedback using this social marketing suite was informative. Also it helped us engage better with out clients Cons The languages are a bit limited hence may not be appropriate for a native campaign i.e a campaign being run in your mother tongue. The functionality was somewhat misleading. The tiered pricing really makes this a pay-to-play model. If you want customer support, you have to upgrade, if you want to restrict foreign votes, you have to upgrade. None of this is explained in the demo. I like how the rules are built into the set-up and how we can do many different types of contests across many social media channels. Cons Not enough templates. It would be nice to have season and holiday templates. I would also like a better description of all the different options. For example... how does the trivia function work? It was nice that they had already done the hard part (making it legal and abide by facebook policy) so that I could focus on just the design aspect.
