### "smart presentations "

February 24, 2026

I’ve been using prezi for more than 3 years now and this making sure that every employee of our company gets know about the latest discussion.

Pros

It is a great software for creating visually appealing presentations and designing the smartest slides you have worked on till now.

Cons

I believe there can be better tools for managing high-resolution zooming, as focusing on minute details on a single slide often causes the image quality to start degrading.

### "I do NOT recommend"

May 20, 2026

1.0

I was not a fan of the dynamics since they could be a bit too dizzying. Additionally, presentations are not compatible with PowerPoint; so, if you are a working individual who frequently does presentations with others, then this product is more work than anything else. I stopped using Prezi and they charged me over $100 a year later. I asked for a refund, but they refused since they said they sent a reminder email that they actually never sent. So, I essentially am paying for a service I never use and they refuse to give me my money back. Overall, I would not recommend Prezi. I would rather use Canva instead and apply those elements into a PowerPoint deck.

Pros

Flashy in the beginning, but then it gets repetitive and dynamics are dizzying. I would say the cons outweigh any pros.

Cons

Not compatible to anything and does not play well with others if you are coordinating presentations with other presenters.

### "Prezi for the win"

March 31, 2026

Overall, Prezi has definitely boosted my confidence in presenting, and I think it’s worth trying if you want to step up your presentation game!

Pros

I've had the chance to use Prezi for a few presentations, and I must say, it really enhances the whole experience! The way it allows for visual storytelling keeps the audience engaged, which is so important when you're trying to convey information. The visual flow makes everything feel more dynamic and less like a traditional slide show.

Cons

However, I found the excessive motion and zooming effects to be quite overwhelming which too much movement can really take away from the message you’re trying to share

### "Prezi is a go to for my presentations"

July 28, 2025

Really love the interactive element of presentations, and particularly when delivering to children, I think it helps keep them engaged. It is easy to integrate pictures and videos and move things around on the page. The integrated AI is also a handy feature.

Pros

They make presentations come to life with the interactive elements. It is an easy software programme to use and navigate and saving updates is instant.

Cons

Not as easy to convert into powerpoint as it claims and ended up having to screenshot which didn't look great

Bad. Very Bad. No Good. Frustrating. Slow. Slow. Slow. Useless features. Unintelligent algorithims. Stupid and Bad.

Pros

It may be slow, but at least it's unstable. I really like how it constantly is guessing incorrectly what it is I'm trying to accomplish and laying software caltrops in my path to getting anything done.

Cons

AI is the new king of ensuckification. I tried to use this as a way to storyboard video ideas which was a very terrible mistake as the content it generates is basically unusable. I had to start everything from scratch and I still have to have this piece of junk lying around so I can reference all my wasted effort in the overhaul of taking my work out of amateur hour.

### "Review of Prezi"

December 28, 2022

4.0

My overall experience with Prezi has been great. I have found it to be very user-friendly and easy to learn. The tutorials and help features have been extremely helpful. I've found the ability to create custom presentations to be very helpful and the interface is quite intuitive. I also appreciate the wide range of templates and themes available to make creating a presentation easier.

Pros

One of the best aspects of prezi is that it enables me to create dynamic and quick presentations. Furthermore, the templates it provides are significantly more creative than those from its rivals, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.

Cons

One of the things I like least about Prezi is the fact that it does not have the same user interface as other presentation software. It takes some time to get used to the navigation and different features. Additionally, it can be difficult to make changes to existing presentations, as the workflow is quite different from other presentation software.

Switched from

I made the switch from Prezi to Powerpoint because Powerpoint provides more flexibility when it comes to customizing presentations. With Powerpoint, I have the ability to easily create stunning visuals, create animations, and add more interactive elements. Additionally, Powerpoint offers an array of templates and tools that can help me create more professional presentations.

### "Dynamic Presentations with Real Flow"

December 16, 2025

4.0

Prezi has become a real ally when I need to create more visual presentations for our projects at Blue Ridge Academy. I like being able to break out of the classic slide format and add more movement to my ideas. It helps make my presentations more dynamic without spending hours on them.

Pros

I really like the smooth transitions between slides and the way I can zoom in on specific sections to walk through something step by step. It’s super handy when I’m presenting a design concept. And since everything is in the cloud, I can pick up my work anywhere without any trouble.

Cons

Sometimes the interface becomes a bit slow at the beginning, especially when the presentation is heavy with visuals. And it takes a little time to get used to the navigation logic.

### "Dynamic presentations for immigration workshops."

September 7, 2025

4.0

Student engagement increased during information sessions, complex visa requirements became easier to explain with visual flow, and education fair presentations stood out from typical PowerPoint decks.

Pros

Zooming canvas and motion paths make complex immigration timelines easier to follow, while collaborative editing lets multiple counselors contribute expertise, and mobile presentation mode works well for on-site education fairs.

Cons

Learning curve is steep for team members used to traditional slides, and occasional rendering issues can disrupt flow during live presentations.

Pros

### "A good tool for creating impressive presentations & collaborating"

January 14, 2024

4.0

I used Prezi for presenting projects in University, and I really enjoyed its ease-of-use. Once you're in, everything already feels 'familiar', as someone who came from PowerPoint. I really like its features and animations, but getting collaborators on a presentation could be improved, as well as performance on older machines.

Pros

The animations in Prezi are really great, and I always enjoy the audience "wowing" every time I switch slides. The collaboration feature also works quite well, so working together is definitely possible.

Cons

Sometimes, there's just not enough space on the whiteboard for slides. After ~15 slides, you just don't have more space and you have to squeeze them in somewhere. Animations only work stutter-free on more powerful computers. My 2017 Laptop does face some hiccups (even while presenting) The pricing for the standard plan is good, but I would not pay any more (Except you present on a daily basis) Getting collaborators is not smooth either, since some of my friends (which are not tech-savy) had problems creating an account; Prezi sent them an invitation email, but they signed up using Google (which had a different email address), which then caused them not to have access to the slides.

### "Prezi's innovation in the presentation space is unrivaled"

April 20, 2021

5.0

Getting people to pay attention in person is difficult...over video call...even more so. Prezi's newest product (Prezi Video) has completely changed that, and turned the presentation world on it's head. The 'simple' (technically not simple at all) act of having the presenter and presentation on screen at the same time, seamlessly (not picture-in-picture hacks) works wonders for viewer engagement, recall, and overall impression of the presentation. In a remote business world, it's complete game changer. (Basically every sales person that does remote presentations should be using this with prospective clients).

Pros

Prezi was always the most innovative and coolest presentation software available. Easily the fastest way to differentiate yourself from mindless Google Slide or Powerpoint decks. Then...they released Prezi Video...which has been a complete game changer. The new product (which is included in the normal license) is revolutionary for remote work and the video conference 'first' world we're living in...that isn't like to go away.

Cons

Prezi is not intuitive to use at first. There's a learning curve...and the building/design, evening thinking about the layout and design is very different from how powerpoint or G slides work...which throws people the first time they use it. Of course, that difference is a large part of why it's so innovative.

### "very useful dynamic work tool with great features easy to use and to present at meetings conferences"

March 13, 2018

5.0

Pros

Very useful dynamic work tool with great features easy to use and to present at meetings conferences and meetings. I like that it is a viusal dynamic tool with vast work templates. Each of these templates has an art touqe that allows to generate ideas and interactive contents with text videos, images and links. Being able to have a presentcation with this tool allows us to look good by giving an impression with the audience if a conference is about. With an attractive content for people who visualize the content with this we get the attention of the public Traditional presentations based on slides are just that: Traditional. You could have fantastic images, but no matter how elegant (or austerely minimalist) each slide is, it's still a slide. Prezi (several prices, starting at no cost) tries to change this by converting his presentation into an open canvas in which he can draw his ideas spatially and then present them by zooming and panning the entire canvas. Used well, the final result feels cinematic and interesting in a way that traditional presentations rarely are. To begin, Prezi displays a list of templates you can use. There is a large number of templates, but there is no way to preview the appearance of a template, except when starting a project with it. If you start a project with a template and discover that it does not work, after all, you can change to a different template in half, but you must adjust things to work in the new template.

Cons

It is a program a bit complicated to understand at the beginning because of the multiple functions that it offers us. for the reproduction of the presentation it is necessary to have Adobe Rader, and some computers do not have this program and that can be a bit complicated with the treatment of the program. It is a program that to use the sSI presentations is necessary to use the internet. It is a program that is in the English language. It requires a certain level of knowledge to be able to use it correctly and in a practical way, like other software this is also paid and the way to use it is through an account that must be kept active paying monthly to use the software, of course that there are pirated means to make it work for free, but in general it is paid. It is a program a bit complicated to understand at the beginning because of the multiple functions that it offers us. It is a program that to create the presentations is necessary to use the Internet. One of the disadvantages of prezi is that it is limited access, we need to have internet, videos appear as downloads and to save it as a portable file can only be on CD. Because it is an online platform it is difficult to visualize it in some devices even the page of this tool is a bit heavy because when you want to open the page it takes a lot of seconds to see the first sale. However, it is useful for a visual and attractive dynamic presentation for the participants in the presentation of some conference

Pros

Prezi is a great application for the creation of visually appealing and dynamic presentations. Not only does the creation of presentations come with ease, delivering to your target audience is made accessible through video sharing features

### "Prezi is unique, but be smart with usage!"

January 25, 2019

5.0

Creating presentations that pop and have a fresh, dynamic feel.

Pros

First, I want to point out that Prezi is a great platform. It feels like you're using a platformed that is inviting us into the future of presentations and slide decks. It's simple to create a fresh, dynamic slideshow - but what's great is that doesn't feel like a slideshow! The generated movement (natural zooming) almost hooks your audience and takes some of the heavy lifting off of the presenter. The ability to integrate images, documents, texts, hyperlinks, and even videos is also an incredible feature. From a creator standpoint, although there is a bit of a learning curve if your shifting from another slideshow platform, Prezi is relatively simple to learn to use. The features and layout are not overly tedious to learn to navigate. Prezi just recently added the collaboration feature, which was needed in the Google Drive era we live in. This enables users to collaborate on one dynamic show. Another high point is that they offer a free, web-based option before paying for a subscription. Last, Prezi is just different - it operates, feels, and looks unique. It's not a linear, click next, click next show - it breaks the mold!

Cons

Although there's much to love, I would recommend that you use it with caution. Here's why: - If you over use it, then your audience will essentially see it as a slideshow. Prezi has to be used with purpose - to make a presentation pop, if that makes sense. Overuse will lead to desensitization, losing the "wow factor." - Don't try to use this last minute. As mentioned earlier, there is a learning curve involved. Not only learn to create, but learn to present it effectively. If you haven't rehearsed and practiced, and you try to lead a Prezi presentation... it could end badly. - Web-based is a pro/con - so just realize that you will not be able to use this platform if you do not have wireless access or limited WiFi. There is an export feature, though, which could help, but I do not have experience with this. - In my experience, it is important to note that some people just don't like Prezi. Audience/students complained about the animated movement and motion and preferred something more predictable and easy on the eyes. Just keep that in mind.

### "Prezi has more Power than Powerpoint!"

August 10, 2018

5.0

Pros

I was first introduced to Prezi in one presentation I attended at a local university. My initial impression was that it was such a powerful, engaging, visually stimulating tool for making presentations. Ever heard of "Death by Powerpoint"? Well, Prezi has some magical powers to alleviate such boredom by making slides twist, turn, zoom in/out, pop out, and see the minute to the BiG picture! Collaboration is at the heart of Prezi Business. It makes your Prezi presentations and story creation more dynamic by engaging more minds to work on the same material together. Feedback and commenting are easy via the chat feature. Teams can also work on a common/shared folder for easy access to content. This is cloud based so we can all work together anywhere and anytime as long as we're connected to the net. At the end of the day what matters is the effectiveness of one's presentation/efforts. Prezi Business has helped our marketing team via Data Analytics. We are able to get actual data feedback on who viewed our Prezi, which parts are engaging and which parts are boring and where they tend to just skip through, etc. This feedback helps us to further improve specific parts of our storyboard, visuals, and presentations. There are many templates and sample/public Prezi's out on the Internet to be used as a reference. It can also be branded accordingly using one's corporate logo and images.

Cons

Prezi is a little more difficult to explain and to train our (older) staff. Hence, it took a bit of a learning curve to grasp the tools and to fully maximize its features (esp the analytics). People got so used to PowerPoint that they initially resisted Prezi. I just wish Prezis can be downloaded or exported into an executable presentation for mobility/run-anywhere without the need for Internet access.

### " Original and eye catching presentations made easy"

August 6, 2021

5.0

My overall experience With Prezi was great. I have now been using Prezi for a while and I won't go back. I started by watching the Prezi tutoriels to get to know the fonctionnalities and I got easily accustom to the platform. I had to create on multiple occasions big presentations and all of them ended up being unique and very easy to naviguate for the amount of content that was integrated. Prezi is worth the time and money because in the end you get presentations that no other software can provide.

Pros

Creating presentations with Prezi is in my opinion so much more fun, creative and engaging then any other software I used. Prezi is very effective when you need to catch and keep the attention of potential clients throughout the whole presentation time. Presentations are never boring and you have so many options to choose from. There is a feature called presentation mode which allows you to set a timer, see the next slides that are set to come up and allows you to write personnal notes for your presentations which I think are really awesome and useful features. Also, if you are a beginner, you have acces to a wide range of tutoriels to help you out.

Cons

I would say the learning process can be time consumming, but once you get the hang of it it opens up so many possibilities. Also, with the new version, Prezi Next, you cannot see the entire canvas of your presentation anymore. You are confine when you you enter a sub-section wich can sometimes be less effective when you want to have an overview of your presentation.

My use: the use of this software came very well during a presentation one can captivate the attention of its public by zooming in on keywords the presentation is appreciable by all even by the presenter and the takeover is very easy little downside free version which for me should be private and not public.

Pros

The strong points are during the presentations we capture the attention of the public. We can also script our speech according to the presentation so determine a common thread by creating dynamism thanks to this application which allows to structure its presentation zoom out in the application apply rotations if we wish we have the possibility of organizing and clarify his ideas can also import media, pictures, in different formats therefore PNG JPEG etc. Sharing is also possible while collaborating with members of his team.

Cons

The bottom line for this application would be frequent use of rotation The interface is in English. The free version is not private but public so any presentation is in the public domain.

### "Help me boost sales development and content production"

October 10, 2020

Prezi Business helps discover new approaches to doing business. It encourages you to get more connected with your contacts, especially via video content. Now, video is getting more and more important and Prezi is a good tool to leverage it. Moreover, content marketing is booming and Prezi's unlimited options for content creation will inspire you.

Pros

I previously used Prezi for only presentation and I loved it. Later, as they introduced Prezi Video and Prezi Design, it changed the way I approach business and communication. As a business development professional, I used to write emails or send text messages to people. Since I discover Prezi Video, I make short videos to send introduction messages to my contacts, and I see a very high response rate. Moreover, it helped me to impress my clients and colleagues as I could do presentation with my video, and use the integration with other video conference tools. When it comes to Prezi Design, it helps us create more content since it is very simple to use. There are many ready templates and we can create infographics, social media posts, email headers, posters etc. Our overall experience with Prezi Business is amazing.

Cons

When I started using Prezi desktop app, it automatically pushes my camera settings to Prezi Video so I had to choose my laptop camera manually afterwards. It would be better if this feature is not activated automatically but it can be just an option for users.

Overall great experience with Prezi! 10/10 would recommend for effective presentations for both educational and promotional purposes.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use Prezi! Prezi is very user friendly which means that those who are not familiar with technology after a bit of exploring and learning would find Prezi very to use. This is due to the self explanatory nature of the designed system of Prezi. In addition, Prezi offers various templates for presentations and isn useful in selecting the right template for the topic at hand. For example there are templates for education presentations and there are different templates for promotional presentations. As long as one chooses the right template to start with, they should have no problem creating an informative presentation. As a student I use Prezi because it allows me to be efficient when wanting to create a presentation. I use Prezi on a weekly basis for informal and formal presentations. I also really like the transitional effects that Prezi offers to immerse the viewer in the experience.

Cons

There is nothing I have to say that I dislike about Prezi. If I need to suggest something I would suggest that Prezi slowly incorporate more templates for various scenarios. Nothing negative to say about Prezi! Love using Prezi!
