I have been subscribed since 2022 and have never had a problem. We went to display our church service videos/PowerPoints at the beginning of the service and it said I needed to update the key. After working 2 weeks with the \[sensitive content hidden\] , it still did not work. He told me he sent me a refund, but it never came, and he stopped communicating with me. Pros Ease of use and functionality. I could train my team to use it quickly and it worked great on my production and development computers. Cons When you lose focus of the window running Slidedog (on a Windows 11 machine) the PowerPoint presentation would hang until you restart it by selecting one of the slides. Switched from [OpenLP](https://www.capterra.com/p/170167/OpenLP/) OpenLP was glitchy and it wasn't user friendly. Alternatives considered [ProPresenter](https://www.capterra.com/p/170172/ProPresenter/) Reasons for choosing SlideDog I don't have the requirement to use a high-end software like ProPresenter. WIth guides on how to use them as well as being intuitive, SlideDog is a powerful piece of software for all ranges of users. Cons Live editing. SlideDog fell short when I wanted to edit slives live for users to view. I had to resort to PowerPoint for this key function. Additionally, the cost seems quite high and could hold back small businesses. Quando me deparei com o SlidDog demorei a me ambientar com os recursos, mas depois que aprendi como usá-los percebi a qualidade das minhas apresentações aumentarem. Cons A questão de ter um preço para ser usado, sou um profissional da educação, então enquanto alguns programa dispões de descontos ou até mesmo de gratuidade para profissionais da educação no SlidDog não encontrei essa possibilidade, mas com todas as ferramentas que são gratuitas eu consigo desenvolver uma grande variedade de apresentações.
