Pros Registering vehicles ahead of time is pretty quick and painless, as long as you have the correct license plate. Cons Not everyone has their phone cameras set to read QR codes. I like the idea behind how it works, and once up and fully running feel it will be extremely beneficial. Cons The training I feel could be better, and I also feel that it needs an app to make using is very simple. Everyone has a phone lets give them an easy to use app that guests can use to register. I also love being able to add parking spots from the Smart Map and seeing exactly what is available for parking. Cons The onboarding process is definitely a lot. March 20, 2017 5.0 We have started to use Patking Boss this past month and it allowed us to flush out all the "dirty laundry". Using the software will eliminate illegal renters, occupants, AirBNB guests, etc. It's unbelievable how by just controlling and enforcing the parking lot communities could solve so many issues. In our community we are able to enforce on rules and documents to make our community safe. This is a must have for all communities. Using this program cuts down our work in monitoring parking by at least 40%! records are kept online, so searching through stacks of old citations are a thing of the past! I am so glad we incorporated this into our program!! Pros all info is stored on a website, and access to info is easy as looking up a webpage. it also shows prior parking issues, and alerts for towing or other actions. Cons only issues i come across are from people not used to using a smartphone frequently, or if the internet signal is weak. Review Source
