Quicker processing time.

Pros

Whether using a PC or a smart phone it is quick and efficient. Our employee users love it over our old embedded equipment system.

Cons

I can only think of one thing that I like least about the software that is not knowing the full capabilities of new updates when they are released.

Pros

NetPark is easy to use, dependable, and designed to suit our specific business needs. The staff is top notch, and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Some of the data provided in reports require the Netpark staff to walk us through them. They are always friendly, accommodating, and professional, so there's never an issue with them giving us the extra time we need.

Cons

I would like to have a practice mode for traning employees. Eveything else is good.

Its an all encompassing program. Helps with financials, organizing the garage, controlling inventory, taking reservations, sending out emails, adding services for the customers, and much more.

Pros

It is an all encompassing parking system that integrates third party sources, provides great services for our customers, and allows us to organize our 800 car garage efficiently. Their reservation module is perfect for our customers to book reservations, use promo codes, and more.

Cons

Hard to say exactly. There are no major flaws, only small little adjustments/improvements that could be made to help make the program more specific to our operation.

Pros

We like having everything in one place. The interface is fairly intuitive. The reporting is comprehensive and user friendly.

Cons

Some programming that we'd like to do isn't possible, or can be very confusing, but I recognize that we may be trying to do things that no one else does. The support team is responsive and very helpful.

Pros

Made from people in the parking business, who know the ins and outs. That makes it very easy when it comes to explaining your needs

Cons

Getting a report fixed, i.e. Projected inventory Report its been at least 6 months STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT.
