It also helps store the citations that our officers use. Then we are also able to do our first level and second level dispositions from this software. This allows us to also generate the letters we have to mail out. Pros What I like the best about the T2 software is that is houses so many functions for my department. This allows us to be able to many of the functions that are required by law and operating purposes in one central software. What i also like about the T2 software is that we are allowed to have so many of our employees to have different levels of access to the software. This allows us to all stay on the same page and keep our employees informed. Cons The main thing that I dislike about the T2 software is that menu bar icons at the top of screen are very small. Because they are so small when you first use the software and are getting used to it, it makes it slower to get your work done because you can't easily see the icons and what they are. Now once you get used to it, it is no longer an issue and you can operate quickly. Cons Nothing... not only did they take our money they did not provide deliverables that worked... nor did they care after the fact... they NEVER provided us anything that worked... NOTHING... absolutely NOTHING... and now they ignore us. The fact that they wasted 1 year of our time, stifled our launch, took our money, provided NOTHING usable.
