We've been with A2000 since 2007 and must say our overall experience have been wonderful. My account executive and the rest of the team is amazing and truly works endlessly to try and help with any problem or issue that may arise.

Pros

The thing I like most about A2000 is it's a one stop shop system and very versatile. The fact that you can create product + inventory, take in sales orders connect warehousing + shipping is a plus. Not to mention Accounts Payable, and GL features that can all be tied together. Which makes running bank and tax reporting super easy.

Cons

Because the system is so versatile, you can sometime get lost. There are many ways to do one thing. Therefore, it can be hard to train employees. Also, I wish the system was a bit more intuitive. I would love to see a widget added to the platform in which you could ask a question and get an auto answer.

Easy to understand & grasp. I am an admin and have a good general understanding for the majority of A2000 features and I think the program was developed well.

Pros

Ease of reporting features, processing of POs. Inventory w/s adjusting & transfers really help define what is happening with inventory. I liked the web integration & training I received.

Cons

Not a fan of some reports as they are not able to be cross referenced. I ultimately would hope to see down the line that a report that can pull style master data from not just the master sheet itself but also the sales tab to see COO and care (which I know it can do) but also the cost/spec sheet and list the materials used and the content that is attached and built in that field. This is a struggle to have to dive deep into the style for each info.

Implementing A2000 for our company was one of the most challenging tasks encountered in my career. \[sensitive content hidden\] worked closely with me and the team to understand, maneuver, adapt and understand the ins and outs of A2000. This is the type of system we need in order to grow our business, because of the types of data A2000 provides.

Pros

A2000 offers a wealth of information to our team. The reporting capabilities of this system are outstanding. A2000 offers the best options of ways to review the business performance. A2000 is a very useful once the users understand the capabilities and operations of the system.

Cons

A2000 is a bit of a challenging system for our team, as this is an apparel program being adapted to Home Textiles. This system makes so much sense for apparel, due to the nature of detail in apparel. The system requires more hands on for data input.

It has been great! One of my favorite ERP systems to use. From order entry, to creating reports, and transmitting EDI. The system itself is very straightforward and very easy to use.

Pros

I've been using A2000 for about 7 years now, and it is one of my favorite systems that I have ever used. It has everything in order for a company to conduct its business. I like if support is needed, they are quick to respond and are very helpful. Aside from that, it is very easy to use and the visual of the system is very new looking.

Cons

Can't really say since I have not seen anything wrong with A2000.

GCS’s A2000 system has been an excellent fit for our blank and decorated apparel business and integrates well with all of our other applications, websites and portals. The SaaS offering has been a game changer for us providing both stability and peace of mind. The GCS team has been a great partner both during implementation and as we grow our systems. Their input on our process improvement projects has been invaluable and they frequently provide alternate suggestions that had not occurred to us, a true partner in innovation for us.

Pros

The integration within the system and the ability to integrate to our other systems is awesome. Always one source of the truth within A2000. The system is very adaptable and easy to learn and use.

Cons

The warehouse functionality is not as robust as we would like. Still works very well for us, we'd just like to see additional features to help us further automate processes.

Reasons for choosing Ai2000

We felt A2000 was the best fit for our organization and provided the best platform for acheiving current and future goals.
