Pros

I like the online booking feature. It will help me book calls even when I can't get to the phone right away.

Cons

More flexibility in the online scripting would be nice. There are some set "verbage" I would like to change.

Pros

Easy to use-very clean. Like that it shows a pic of the customers house so there is no confusion. Billing and collecting are easy to use.

Cons

doesnt have some of the fields we would like-equipment etc

After using Housecall pro for a few months, i must say my appointment rating has gone up very rarely i get any cancellation, and my customers are more ready for my visit. I love the futures and ease of use.

Pros

Easy to communicate with customer via APP, customers love it, easy to set up appointments on the go. Customer list is easy to access.

Cons

Would be nice if there was a car reader to hook up to our phones to charge customers via credit card.

Pros

The customer services aspect. Notifying our customers of their appointments, sending reminders and thank you notes. Dispatching scheduled work our technicians.

Cons

Can't send possible estimates for technicians to schedule on their own. This is mainly a program for appointments already scheduled. However, they are constantly listening to our needs and trying to accommodate by making changes.

No search function to find a specific invoice. No function to disable the graph. Requires me to hide when program is opened each day

Someone is always available to help at all times. I am in the central time zone and house call pro is on the west coast most time they are still able to help.

Cons

This program does not have the ability to create a route for technicians.
