### "A great service for small business"

Housecall has helped us streamline our paperwork associated with quotes and invoices. We have been very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of their customer service team. Having the mobile app for our techs to clock in/out is an added bonus, it makes doing payroll very easy. We started with Housecall when they were fairly new about three years ago and have seen continuous improvements to their site making additions to make our business even more efficient and help with all aspects of job and time management. We would highly reccomend Housecall Pro to any business that needs this kind of service.

Pros

It's easy to use and it keeps track of several different aspects of our business

Cons

Would like to be able to have estimate & invoice number coincide after copying estimate to job

### "Automate your business"

Running a business paperless and with several ways to better communicate with customers.

Pros

Housecall Pro does a great job in terms of integration, growth and customer service. Both from a software standpoint, but also from a support side. They team is always improving the product and building a better product from the input of the business user or owner feedback. Its like having your our technology staff to change and adapt to daily needs.

Cons

No automated -CRM- for sales and followup. A critical need.

Reason for choosing Housecall Pro

Cost / Benefit seamed to be a great value. Support was also very good from the beginning as needed.

They have a program available for any size of company. And it’s so dang simple to use.

Pros

Don’t waste any more money on all those others. I used systems from SimPro, TechAnywhere, Desco, Fieldedge.etc.... they all work but at a way higher price. Initiate upfront costs, annual renewal fees, monthly maintenance fee, plus charge you a per user fee. On top of you have to go to their training classes. $$$$. No only that. But it literally takes a team to enter info from a job. CSR, then on to a Dispatcher. Then to the technician technician back to the dispatch, dispatch to back Office to enter the rest of the data where it belongs. Well NOT anymore with HOUSECALL PRO!!!

Cons

I actually can’t think of anything other that it doesn’t have a P.O. system Integrated into it. This would make things more streamlined

Customer service is excellent they hear and respond quickly and resolves issues in timely manners. Love it will keep it.

Pros

Time saving, keeping update to customer everything is in one plate farm.

Cons

It use to be very quick and now gone slow down, some time take long time to preview pictures and some information we have to put manually ie model and serial #s it would be great if there is default options included in to invoice.

After using another service/CRM platform, House Call Pro is like a turbo charged race car! Fast, efficient, and nice to look at!

Pros

Sending estimates and invoices with attachable photos makes our job so much easier and looks absolutely professional. Also, text messaging features are really great!

Cons

Customer/technical support is only available through chat bubbles. You can't reach a person which can be inconvenient. However, I believe this is how they keep the membership dues low. So thats ok with me.

Our company has been using HouseCall Pro for about a year and a half now! Customer support has always been helpful and quick to handle our issues. I would recommend this software to and field service industry! The only thing that would improve the system for our business, would be an inventory tracker to help us track our parts inventory.

Pros

The software is easy to use, all functions that are required to run our business can be done thru one software. Such as billing, quick books integration, credit card processing, scheduling, time cards tracking, GPS tracking, customer contact, it even has the ability to help with a marketing campaign!

Cons

With the direct credit card processing built in, we are limited to only one choice for our processing, the fees are slightly higher than what we could get somewhere else, however the convenience is worth paying the extra bit for.

We have been able to resolve the lack of communication that is the most common issue in our service industry, and ourselves 5 starts across the board. I truly believe this is all because of HCP and their amazing staff!

Pros

How it allows us to be a cut above, and stand out against competitors.

Cons

I really don’t think anything, because everything that is negative or just inconvenient is always fixed by your amazing staff and development team. Every suggestions I have made has been met, and then some.

They over charge and dont notify you about leads and still charge you even if you don't accept. Customer service was horrible as well.

Nothing at all they are not professional and there customer support sucks.

We have 10 phones and it's better to use this app than the way we were before or just sending text messages to our technicians in the field and helps us keep track of things better and how many jobs have been completed and who's not and is completing their jobs and the amounts of money and a good portion of the bookkeeping for part as well

It keeps my job and from information together better than before and I like the History part and it can pull things for my Quickbooks account I hope that it merges back into my Quickbooks account as well

Cons

I thought just recently that every entry was numbered and some of the ones that we put in in the very beginning wasn't complete information and so I have to have all of them Complete because they were jobs but I don't know the dates when they were put in and that's very important and I just text support about that no help

HCP has streamlined our daily duties and has improved our customer communication.

Pros

I cannot say enough good things about HCP. Super user friendly, very cost efficient, A+ communication, has almost all of the capabilities of those other super expensive software companies, and HCP is always striving to improve for their customers. This is a game changer for your company - for sure!

Cons

If we have any issues - we direct them to HCP and it’s usually “operator error”

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND house call pro!!! Revenue is up over 200% and makes it so easy to track conversions. Estimates and invoicing is so easy and seamless. It makes me look amazing using the software!

Pros

I love the scheduling feature and I never miss a service call anymore. No more worrying if I scheduled a client. I love that my customers get a text when schedule them and when I'm on the way, start the job and finish!!! I love everything about it!!!

Cons

Ok since I have to add something. I wish the add an employee was easier. I had to use a different email when trying to add an employee cause it says that email is taken but he never got the he invite and even checked spam folder. I even used my personal email and never got it, in hopes I could switch the email later.

Ratings system is my favorite part of the system.

Cons

My least favorite is the fact that I can't block an employees schedule unless I create a job. Some times they are off or have training and I would like for that to be an option without creating a job.

### "A do all program."

This is the first software that I have used for my business. It has completely changed the way I do business. By far, HCP is the best thing that I have ever done to help grow my small business.

Pros

The most beneficial part of HCP for me is the easy of tracking customers along with job scheduling.

Cons

The part that needs a little improvement is the relationship of the customer service plan with the invoicing on the regular platform. It does not track payments under the customer history, making it difficult for employees in the field to know if they need to bill/collect.

Pros

I love 💕 all functions of House Call Pro for scheduling, SMS notification send to customers to let the customer know the technician is on the way, online booking, billing, email invoice with photos attach.

Cons

I can’t wait for ongoing new functions. It would be better if there is a way to submit website request via help bubble.

The benefits of this product highly outweigh the cost. I recommend it to all small businesses.

Pros

I run a locksmith business with staff in stores and in the field. All of the employees can use the software with ease.

Cons

There are a few issues with this software that I would like to see improved. Sometimes there is a connectivity issue and the app freezes. When a customer's appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or reassigned the technician is not notified.

Pros

The easy-use for even those that are not as tech savy.

Cons

Clocking in and out of job for individual techs, which we are told this function is about to be released.

Pros

We have been able to become much more efficient and organized using this software.

Cons

My techs have trouble with invoices not saving when using thieir app in the field. Why would this survey not have any of the service industries listed that make up the backbone of Housecall Pro? I just picked an industry at random because HVAC was NOT listsed, nothing relating to any service industry was listed.

Reason for choosing Housecall Pro

Housecall was a better fit for our small company. Many of the other platforms weren't even interested in our business because we are too small.

You have to have the right tools for everything you do in life and to be recognized by your customers in a professional way Housecall Pro gives that look of a big company but simple to interfere with them. There are other programs but this software is leaps and bounds over the others. The name itself lives up to the hype!

### "Game Changer!"

Pricing is fair. Customer service is outstanding (use the chat for service...it will amaze you how fast they can address any issues or questions you have). I also went to a Mastermind event and got some great ideas, definitely worth the time.

Pros

This software has made an enormous difference in my business. Everything is streamlined, and everything has its place.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about Housecall Pro. I suppose if I needed advanced, specialized fields and functionality there could be some limitations. But, in my experience, since it sticks to primary business purposes, it makes the system a LOT easier to navigate and use.

Tons of things but the focus on marketing and customer communication has been a lift saver for us. Customer service is immediate and they work to get us more business through innovative features and partnerships.

Cons

Just little quirks like lack of online signing capabilities similar to docusign or crm capabilities but the benefits far outweigh these things.
