Pros

Tons of things but the focus on marketing and customer communication has been a lift saver for us. Customer service is immediate and they work to get us more business through innovative features and partnerships.

Cons

Just little quirks like lack of online signing capabilities similar to docusign or crm capabilities but the benefits far outweigh these things.

Unpleasantly surprised by House Call Pro. After following their procedures and canceling my service, I was shocked to find an unexpected charge of $406 on my account two months later. It's crucial for businesses to maintain transparency and uphold their end of the bargain. Unfortunately, House Call Pro fell short in this regard. There are plenty of other companies to choose from, and I’d advise prospective customers to think twice before opting for House Call Pro. Mismanagement of financial matters is a red flag. Beware.

Schedule, have to call our customer Avery time to left they know what time we we we’ll send the team to do the service, no I don’t need to worry much about créate the sales recibes and invoices.

Pros

I like the fact that my company will be available to reduce the stress on schedule the jobs and enhance de the way we communicate with our customers and employees! Plus reduced the amount of work for myself in the office.

Cons

The fact that still not totally compatible with quick books.

### "Worst Customer Support Out There!"

Just stay away, there are way too many products out there like this, it's not special enough for you to put up with the awful customer support if you were to ever need it. I cancelled at the first opportunity I had and moved away.

Pros

The system itself is decent, easy to use and it's not the hardest to get your head around

Cons

Customer support easily! Their support agents can be rude, snappy and Id love to say this was a one off. I'd love to say it was only 7-8 times but id be lying.

My overall experiences about housecall pro is very much better because i am still using this software since 2017.i am suggesting to my colleagues about this software everyday and they are very happy to use it.

Pros

The mostly i like about this software is that it connect us with our company owner/partner very easily directly instead of manually.

Cons

There is nothing that i like least like about this software because it is working very perfectly.I don’t think that there will be something.

Game changer in the positive direction. For the immediate, and the long haul.

Pros

It allowed my company to offer the easiest online booking in my field. It also allows me to operate 100% transparent. My business model is dependent on 3 values 1. Transparency 2. Simplicity 3. Professionalisms This software has helped add to all of those values.

Cons

For me, I need to be able to set up function of software in multiple locations. So having on line booking that separates locations with their own online pricing, and booking is key to my growth. I’m in a niche business so I need to bring my A1 service with the value Housecall brings to my markets as quickly as possible. My company needs to set the standard in my field before someone else gets the chance.

I'm a single user Computer Repair Shop trying to grow my business. Until HouseCallPro I was using QuickBooks to manage service calls and in store repairs. HCP is great. I can schedule jobs and manage almost all aspects of the jobs easily. The estimate feature is great and the payment processing is easy to use and very affordable compared to other merchant account services. App works great on Apple and Driod phones and tablets. Love the at a glance feature. I can't afford the full blown application yet but maybe someday. Thanks HCP and your developers for looking out for the little guys trying to make a difference. REGRET, so much marketing hype out there online, just fluff.

Pros

Beautiful layout, works on android, pretty inexpensive, has customer review text at close of job, has options pricing at check out at the close of jobs

Cons

HORRIBLE "on-boarding" They try to validate like they are so busy, well try owning an HVAC business! They set up "training" calls once a week, where I suppose you spend your week writing a list of problems so you can go through them at their convenience. I'm sorry but when my customers pay me, I am working at their convenience and it the product I just installed stops working on Monday, I don't make them wait all week to fix it. After the purchase I quickly realized the software wasn't going to work for our team so I tried to call them and cancel but didn't get a response so I emailed my contact at purchase to notify them that I request a cancellation. Clearly with FTC rights to cancel. I heard back from the contact later that day and she never told me to do anything different. One week later I learned that I couldn't cancel that way and they would not be refunding. I

Housecall Pro has made it a breeze to keep up with customer info, billing and scheduling. We would be lost without it.

Pros

Housecall Pro is very easy for my team and I to use. They are very good at taking input from customers to make the software better. Customer service is amazing. Would highly recommend giving Housecall Pro a shot. We have tried several other companies and will be sticking with Housecall Pro!

Cons

It would be nice if the software was easier to incorporate construction type jobs as well as they do with the service industry. We do all kinds of work and need the construction side as well.

Saves me time wasted creating and sending out invoices, receipts, schedule confirmations and reminders. With this product, it is all automated, it also links to QuickBooks which saves time logging everything one by one!

Pros

I love how easy it is to organize your customers and send out estimates, invoices, schedule confirmations and text alerts, all with a push of a button! Love how it links to QuickBooks too!

Cons

it Only works if you have an internet connection, which isn't always available, but I get why. Saving all that info would be crazy. If only there was a way to temporarily store your jobs for the day on your phone so you don't have to rely on the internet.

In this modern market, HCP has been integral to our growth and success because it provides a seamless way to communicate digitally with customers and keep our jobs paperless. They are continually improving the software with updates based on comments from us pros and help us out by providing a supportive network including encouraging companies to work together to become better. This is all done online AND in person with regular local mastermind meetups.

Cons

I have submitted all of the things I think could be better and have already seen some of them realized. Looking forward to seeing more soon.

Employee sharing notification In past we had fast picture uploading speeds

Cons

When I first started very fast picture upload to cloud. So slow now I started looking for other programs that may be faster. Having better person to person contact since not all companies like chat customer service when we have issues. Lower credit card processing rates.

It has opened up time for me as it really helps me keep things organized.

Pros

The infield ease of use. I can do all my estimates on site and go from approval to work orders and invoice easily

Cons

I can’t change pricing and work on the system from my phone. I also would like to be able to call someone when I’m on the field instead of messaging back and forth

User-friendly software for office and field staff. Very affordable. Our customers appreciate the notification of when we are on the way instead of a several hour time window. Good accountability of techs re: job start and finish times. Immediate payment notifications. Even when away, 24/7 accessibility to customer's projects and previous service calls. Can upload photos and product brochures that can be attached to customer estimates or invoices. Time saving - has greatly reduced paperwork and streamlined procedures.

Cons

Would like the ability to upload and use forms for checklists, rebates, and report templates that will save time in the field, yet communicate clearly and track the status of our customer's equipment.

I’m happy, they are always working to develop the system and that’s a good thing.

Pros

We enjoy the dispatching system, it helps us stay organized.

Cons

There isn’t really any cons with the exception that this system was not really intended for photographers. I just made the system work and the techs were always happy to help me find ways to make it work.

Still too early to tell but having a website with online scheduling at a decent price for a small buisness like me is great that is starting out is great. I'm not exactly impressed with the website but it works and I was under the impression that you provide an SEO service and I'm not showing up but hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Pros

Being able to allow clients to schedule thier own appointments and may reduce losing clients if they know they can book an appointment without having to call.

Cons

Scheduling an event takes alot of steps and the comments of Frequent questions and answers was not very clear. When I clicked on the chat, the individual that sent me the information made it easier. But cause of my schedule i have to block out every 3rd day and that is a lot of repeating steps.

Reason for choosing Housecall Pro

The price including the website and scheduling together for the promo sold me. The only getting charged per booking so for the slow months is nice I dont mind paying per scheduled booking. It's nice not to get billed for that if it's not being used but there if it does get used means I am making money.

Pros

this software has made my job as a business owner much easier. We have 7 service techs using this software. The scheduling, estimating and connecting to quick books keeps our business very organized. Also since we have started our company has gotten over 50) 5 star google reviews

Cons

The cons we have found are 1) if you need to edit customer info on a job you have to delete the whole ticket and redo it 2) I really wish we could send emails 1 year later to remind customers about preventative maintenance 3) Make it easier to become a super pro we do over a million in sales and 1700 services calls a year I think we meet the criteria

Pros

We are constantly getting comments about how well we communicate with OMW and follow up emails or texts. Automation of everything, really streamlines our operations.

Cons

Once in a while we find something that does not seem simple, but customer chat has always helped solve any issues.
