Pros

Everything, from the smooth flow on how to work it to how alway they are updating and working the software for the better and always including us on the process by asking for everybody’s opinion on their forums, just great

Could use off line option and inventory management, but we are confident that they are working on it ..,,

HCP has made it very easy to build invoices, know that invoices are outstanding, create email campaigns, follow up with clients and create our very own, customized price and services list. Honestly, there is a lot more the system does and allows us to do but it would be too long to write. :-)

Pros

I love how it integrates my schedule with my customer database, including history, pictures, and notes among other information. I have also linked it with my google calendar (which works seamlessly), allowing for a more efficient schedule. I also like all the reports and stats available from the dashboard and how you can customize the type of reports you want to pull.

Cons

If I had to say anything, it would be great if the system could have a loyalty/frequency tracking feature.

Pros

Ease of use . Little or no training needed.

Cons

There's only a few issues that I have had . I'm currently still having trouble connecting my card reader to my device even after contacting support. Also with there was a option to recomend a repair and have the customer accept or decline . So we can keep track of what repairs and recommendations customer accepted or declined .

Housecall Pro is very easy to learn with simple processes and a user-friendly interface. It makes our work 10x easier to manage by simplifying our data management. It gives our customers an excellent experience from estimates to invoices while also reducing the work I need to do by automating our business processes. I get great feedback from our customers and I spend less time managing the business.

Pros

All of my business information is stored in the cloud, making it accessible through multiple devices and locations, all without the need for any data management. I can quickly and easily access customer details and history and financial data from anywhere.

Cons

Importing data is difficult, if not impossible is some cases. I was forced to start from scratch to begin re-building my customer list.

Pros

This is by far the best software for any service professional who deals with multiple customers and scheduling.

Cons

Some features of the scheduling calendar as far as color coordination could be improved.

My company purchased this software a few months ago, and since then the company has grown exponentially. This software has been able to keep up with our busy schedules and keep the company running smoothly.

Cons

I would say that the setup is the only real con. Learning any new software is a challenge, so that is expected.

Overall, for a company fairly new, this is a great asset. As the company grows, more features will be needed and more will be expected.

Pros

For the most part, it is simple and easy to use with just a minimal amount of time learning the features.

Cons

Scheduling can be a little confusing if you’re not used to the save portion on the web. Also, Support not always available during certain events. Not able to send reminder text. Only 1 phone number can be text instead of multiple numbers.

Pros

My customers gives us great reviews for this app! Our communication with the customers is top notched! You just click were on our way and the customer is already notified. Invoicing is easy!

Cons

Phone support! It will be nice if you have dedicated support for the pro! Its frustrating if you need help and you cant talk to any body except the blue bubble. A human voice is needed from time to time!

Pros

I love the option to be able to schedule conduct, and text all my business ventures through the app. Awesome work, The tech team is amazing, always excepting input for upgrades!

Cons

Perfect where its at! From customer service to chatting online

My overall experience with HCP has been really fantastic, we love this product, they are wonderful to work with. You can really tell they care about their customers. They are always improving the product and reaching out to us as customers to see what we want to see in the product.

Pros

The ease of use and the technology that they use is great, auto texts, auto invoices, auto payments, makes everything a breeze

Cons

No offline mode in case of bad cellular service

Pros

I love when a community member contacts us and starts the conversation with, "You guys get so many good reviews"... It's because of how easy HCP makes it for us to give the client what they want: COMMUNICATION, transparency (invoices), and payment options.

Cons

They are constantly upgrading - more than my husband. :) So there are times where things change that you didn't want but it's always for the better.

Pros

Easy for everyone to use, integrates with QuickBooks online, customer notifications and surveys.

Cons

We need the Customer information to be more like QuickBooks: Sub customers do not work in the same way. Using Real Estate agents with several properties and many parties is problematic.

We have partnered with several property management companies. The parent child customer relationship and setup is key to managing our work orders. This is a great feature!

Cons

There needs to be predictive results in all search fields as well as a "universal" search field on the dashboard.

easy to use, very professional presentation to customer with auto confirmations, texts for "on my way", receipts, etc, etc auto feed to QBO, integrated credit card processing All the features are great, very professional Total Solution!

Cons

the only negative I have is that a refund always screws up the QB deposit!

It has been epic. Our company was literally dying because of the difficulties we were having scheduling and billing. We were losing money hand over fist and were on the brink of shutting down. Then we signed up for housecall.

Pros

The calender is amazing, simple, and the software fully integrates with quickbooks.

Cons

I wish there was a way to customize the text that is sent to the customer when the job is marked complete. It says that the job is complete, but not what the job was. For those who we work for constantly, that can be a trifle confusing. They never know which job we are referring too.

Pros

I love how all of my customers information is saved. I can schedule so easily, take payments, ALL IN ONE PLACE! I was a disorganized mess using Google calendar, Square, and still not having all of the other capabilities that I do with HCP. It really has made my business grow and be more serious and professional.

Cons

I wish the was payroll processing integrated in with the software.

Pros

Housecall Pro has been so helpful in scheduling and organizing home maintenance for both our staff and our clients! It is also incredibly easy to send estimates, invoices, etc.

Cons

I'm not sure there is anything that I didn't like about Housecall Pro. It's so easy to use - even on mobile!

Great experience, user friendly for my technicians out in the field, lots of features for tracking information - so far so good - love the software!

Pros

Keep in mind that we have only been using this software for about a week... In that time we have loved every aspect of the software. We are still learning daily new things that we can do with this product. It honestly has saved me so much time. It is as if I hired an assistant at the fraction of the cost.

Cons

The ACH payments take days to enter into your bank account. Wish there was a way that they could speed up the process - QuickBooks online has it in our account the next day. Hope it gets to this on Housecall Pro as well in the future.

Pros

The online booking system, the customer communication, the dispatching automatic message and emails.

Cons

No offline version if we are at an areas with no reception we are screw, , no iPad version we use iPad and the way the mobile phone add service line it’s much easier than on the desktop version.
