I'm still discovering the benefits. I'd like to work a while with it before I give an honest review.

Pros

I'm hoping it will consolidate the jobs by project enough to help organize the processes. I can easily see this product evolving over time. The owner of the company has even thought of enhancements already after using it once!

Cons

It wasn't intuitive on how to view what I just entered. I was disconnected between entering the job and creating the customer. Or maybe I'm still learning - I understand the behavior of the program now a lot better.

Pros

I like the invoice system, how it keeps track of everything that I need to get paid for. And that I can write a brief summary of the work I've performed

Cons

Not able to click multiple invoices paid, don't really like having to click each invoice at a time to mark paid. I deal with some customers that I do up to 10 invoices with the same customer but I still have to click each invoice to mark paid instead of being able to gather them all together and pay them. Some customer's I may have up to 20-30 invoices for one check.

Haven't really experienced much other than customer set up folks and CSR the salesman. Who I have dealt with thus far are impressive and professional!

Pros

The ease of set up thus far, as well as the support, received.

Cons

Getting used to the dashboard and other related places I need to navigate. It is fairly intuitive, may just take a bit of learning curve to master.

Pros

I'm a mom of 3 kids under 5 and also manage our lawn care business of 200+ accounts. This software makes my work doable from a phone, laptop, or computer and because it's in real-time I can communicate to the guys in the field from anywhere. I love that you can use it as simple or as detailed as you need. Also, 24/7 customer support is a dream for the late night hours.

Cons

That I'm going to accidentally notify or bill a customer and confuse them. I also need to make sure I keep uploads of backup for all my information.

Pros

one place to keep all paperwork and schedules organized and awesome communications fgor my customers

Cons

Reviews that dont synch with Google are stored in the app which does no good. No external visibility. more power from a laptop base than the app on mobile devices.

still pretty early to tell but it is going to help eliminate the need for an all night catch up of invoicing and estimating. Helps with dispatching on the go since we have no office staff currently, makes my company look very professional

intuitive, ability to integrate scheduling with my social media, ease of use when setting up products and scheduling

Cons

lack of maintenance tracking software, if the software was able to track all maintenance customers and send notifications of upcoming service that would be ideal, help eliminate the office management side of the business

Pros

Notifications sent to customers is great. The schedule calendar is user friendly and gives real time info on all jobs in progress. I also like the dashboard.

Cons

I'd like a better way to manage service agreements. We had to use another service that does it better, but would switch to HousecallPro if they had a similar program.

Their customer services is responsive and helpful. The software is easy to use. Probably won't find anything else easier.

Pros

Estimate to job to invoice plus attachments are great. Having customers with addresses and master address for billing works for us. I like that I can nickname my customers and that my field techs can see the addresses and their schedules and inform the customers that they're on their way and complete. Invoiceling from the field helps.

Cons

I'd like more functionality with the app that I get from logging in to the admin portal.

Keeps things organized. I like letting the customers know when we will arrive to the job with this app so they know when to expect us and that we are on the way. I also like that it keeps track of the jobs that we have estimates on so that it is easier to follow up with them.

Cons

I wish to see the accumulation of accounts receivables to a particular referral source as a bulk lump sum. It would also be nice to see some task management or a to do list that we can send to our employees or a particular contact.

This will allow us to tap a whole new market: customer's who don't want to call to schedule their carpet, flooring & upholstery cleaning.

It's very easy to use, the portal has a wonderful clean design, the platform has a powerful feature set, and it's built for mobility.

Cons

There is no interface for my cloud-based Quickbooks Desktop Premier - it only supports Quickbooks Online.

Pros

The interface is fabulous which makes it easy to figure out without extensive training. Great for a growing company on the employee side. Easy clock-in & clock-out.

Cons

Needs basic features such as estimate forms for sites for websites that do not want to take online booking. Ability to send automated reminders.

Pros

I like that you can schedule a job or an estimate, and track the progress through the calendar. The dashboard also helps us to know what invoices have not been paid and what jobs are coming up.

Cons

When I need to close out jobs for the day, or week (or month, yikes!) it can get tedious having to click on the job in the calendar closing it out, then having to navigate back into the calendar for the next job. If i'm doing it for the month I have to keep going backwards, you can see how tedious this then becomes.
