### "A game-changer for office life"

Considering my company went from having no booking system in place to implementing YAROOMS, it has been a game-changer. It brings structure and order to an aspect of office life that desperately needs it.

Pros

It's super user-friendly. The booking system is straightforward to use. The "blueprints" of the bookable room layouts are accurate. The confirmation emails and Microsoft Teams calendar sync are great.

Cons

When my company initially adopted it, the system required users to double-confirm their bookings via email, which was annoying. We have since dropped this setting, and it has made for a much better experience.

Overall good experience, user-friendly and solves the problem of workstation availability management.

Pros

Yarooms is a good application for desk booking as well as workplace management. The application includes good features such as interactive workplace map and check-in features to adequately manage employee work stations. Has a good customer service as well.

Cons

Some times it is slow and glitchy. If the booking is canceled and someone else is sitting on the desk, it does not show the workplace occupied. Fault on the user per but still app should show not available.

It has been a positive experience, easy to use and see who is in the office and where they are sitting.

Pros

I find the Yarooms easy to use, you can clearly see what desks are booked and I like the reminder functionality.

Cons

Not always easy to use on the go, in regards the mobile application, so some functionality to improve this would be beneficial

Overall it is pretty good. It works in my computer and my phone and allows me to book in advance with different occurrences.

Pros

The active update of the room that is booked so that I am aware of the occupation situation of the desks.

Cons

sometimes there is longer than expected processing time to reach Yarooms from the Teams site, resulting unexpected delay.

Yarooms is good and easy to use whether I'm at the office or on the run

Pros

easy to use on my laptop or mobile. Great tool for managing hotelling of workspace.

Cons

we added extra info like who is a fire warden. Since that moves with the person rather than the desk, it also means the image of the person is not available - we see the Fire Warden icon instead. Would be nice if you could add something to face images like LI does for 'looking for work' etc...

Great. It gives me a sense of peace knowing I have space confirmed to work from and colleagues know where I am.

Pros

The simplicity of the interface and being able to see the availability on the floorplan and I can book well in advance.

Cons

Nothing specific except that the booking appears in my outlook diary and I appear to be unavailable.

I think I pretty much said it all in my "like" section. I think it's great program, easy-to-use, easy-to-navigate, etc ...! Glad I get to use it!

Pros

I like the ease of the program. I like the visuals for both of our locations regarding available meeting rooms and company cars that are available on any given day (or location). It's user-friendly and super easy to navigate.

Cons

I can't think of a Con ...??!!! I suppose that's got to be a good thing!!

Easy to use UI, real-time data to avoid confusions

Cons

None. One thing that can be improved is adding more detailed directions. If someone is visiting an office infrequently, chances of finding the desk or the meeting room are difficult. It can be integrated in the mobile app, and it can give direction based on the location or just some general direction(e.g if you enter from X gate, it can show an in-office map to walk you to the location)

1\. Ability to view availability and book desks -- both single and repeated bookings are possible 2. Ability to see the seating arrangements in a map view, facilitating easy location identification.

None - it serves the purpose nicely. There is nothing which I don't like.

You can only book your preferred desk for a limited time in advance (two weeks): this can occasionally generate a little fight to get it first :-D

Pros

YAROOMS is so easy to use, with an immediate map of your office desks and, once booked, it is just a click per day to show anyone you are there. When you are a new hired, having a map showing names and faces of your neighbors is sometimes really helpful!

Pros

Yarooms support was very quick to handle my issue. I felt like the team was really invested into helping me resolve the issue. All though they could not replicate the issue, the communication and speed of response was outstanding. I did resolve the issue by changing my process.

Cons

When a person cancels a desk, we sometimes find it takes a few minutes and a few re launches before we can see the free desk or that we can book another desk. It may due to location (At home, in office etc).

It works like it’s described. It’s dependable. It should continue to be updated to stay current, but its overall a decent experience

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. It works like it should, and it’s user friendly.

Cons

It just feels like a software program that has not been refined. It feels like it’s in beta testing. I think there needs to be constant feedback and implementation of feedback. However, I don’t know enough about this process, and it might be a very challenging process.
