Not very satisfied with product. Only using product because Fidelis mandates its claims be sent through its platform.

Horrible. Internet scammers have more integrity than this company

Pros

Nothing. They are dishonest and deceitful. Not much to like about that.

Cons

That they knowingly lied to us to get us to sign a contract and now refuse to respond to our calls and emails.

Reason for choosing HHAeXchange

They promised they could meet our needs knowing that they couldn’t. They assured us that they could add what we needed to get us to sign a contact, then told us they couldn’t once the contract was signed. They will not even speak to us regarding the situation now and continue to debit money from us monthly for a service they knew we couldn’t use from the beginning

I like the ease has to find what I need and to fill out the information.

Too many general alerts that doesn't have anything to do with my company. I also would like if it had a way to also allow for caregivers to take primarily tests.

Overall experience has been positive any time I've had an issue or question it has been resolved right away.

Pros

Incredibly easy to use and communicate with office personnel. Has different features that are very convenient.

Cons

The GPS locator some times has issues locating and because of that I'm clocked in late occasionally. O ly by a minute or 2, but punctuality is important.

easy to use. self taught. lots of features that help the business growth. Reports are easy to find and most important accurate. great seminars to attend as well when new features are available.

Cons

the customer service has no follow up set up. you can call 10 times and "they will call you back" don't hold your breath! Half of the time your better off figuring it out yourself.

Everything is at hand with this one stop shop program

Pros

HHAx is a one stop shop for an ever evolving home care industry. A very easy program to use with connectivity to basically everything needed to take care of the home care business

Cons

Sometime the program runs a little slow which can effect deadlines but this is more of a rarity than anything.

Pros

the e-billing is a great tool, the notes section and pdf uploads to notes are a useful tool as well. I also like the referral management is very helpful.

Cons

there seems to be many glitches with the caregiver clock in system. many caregivers are saying that they have clocked in or out and entered duties but it does not register thus making them have to fill out a timesheet. It is not fair for the caregiver. We thought that is was a couple of caregivers making it up but after we found that over 80% of them complained about the same thing, we knew that it was something with hhaexchange.

At times data that was entered seems to change on its own. Causing reports not to match previous reports.

Pros

Nothing at all. There are no pros to it.

Cons

The worst system any provider can use. Customer service is horrible, billing is horrible, the platform is horrible all together. I would never recommend this software ever.
